Junk King Austin

Junk King has helped me get rid of a lot of stuff. They are my first call for junk pickup. Today Ryan Otis & Will Smith picked up some items for me. They were professional, polite, & efficient in getting in & out quickly. I appreciate the great customer service. I will definitely plan to call Junk King again.

Today was truly a wonderful day, thanks to two incredible guys who helped clear out all the clutter at my brother’s house. I can't thank Aaron and Kylle enough for their hard work and kindness. I really appreciate everything you did. I will definitely be reaching out again in the future!

Great service. Called when they were about 45 minutes away. Efficient and courteous.

Called for an estimate to remove my old dryer from my third floor apartment on Wednesday and scheduled it for the next morning. Movers were quick, professional, and did not charge additional fees for moving from a third floor unit. Cost was much lower than the competition. Would absolutely use again.

Very courteous and professional.

Priced reasonably/ competitively, professional and helpful. Timely and efficient. Would use again.

The team was extremely professional and moved out all of our junk in record time! Will definitely call next time we need a clean out!!

This is our second time using Junk King. So easy to schedule, fast, reasonable price, and everyone from customer service to the men that did our pickup was so friendly and easy to work with. I LOVE having the space in my garage back!!! Thanks y’all!

They were quick, very fairly priced, and for the stuff they couldn’t take like the white paint give me instructions on how to get rid of it correctly.

Crew was very polite, on time and charged a very fair price to haul away some old appliances.

The whole process was painless and affordable! Definitely would recommend for anyone.

Excellent, professional service

Never had an easier experience getting rid of large junk- especially a huge, older fridge! These dudes were super nice. They were super cool, and quick with it. I only found this from seeing the truck driving around. Lord knows - I WILL be using this again!

The showed up early after calling to see if it was ok, and made quick work of the removal. We’ll done!

They showed up with a truck that was already nearly full and were surprised at what we had for them to haul off despite me listing all items. Their pricing appears to be whatever they want to charge. Would not recommend at all.

Reliable, on time and will surely use this service again.

Friendly, courteous, professional service done well and under budget

Great service, awesome online estimator. Quick response. Good customer service. Easy to use platform. Showed up on time was over in 5 mins. Will use again if removal needed

They were very pleasant to work with to empty my garage from years of collecting junk.. they were very professional and did not mind that I kept adding more..

Junk King employees called and gave a clear time line on arrival, arrived on time and picked up our hot tub. They gave us a fair price for removal and we received the best customer service! Great guys, great service! Thank you for making that painless!

Very efficient and courteous

kind of pricey, $150 to have a small washing machine hauled off. Thats about $50 more than i wanted to pay, but they where quick and polite. Got to me same day i called. About 4 hours from call to pick up. So despite the fact it was a little expensive they are quick and convenient.

Great service, arrived on time and moved everything out quickly. Would recommend.

Everything went great. the fellows were on time, gave a good estimate, and worked very thorough and hard at completing the job. Will use them again.

Arrived timely and loaded in fifteen minutes

They were amazing, showed up right on time and worked incredibly quickly. They exceeded every expectation and I will use them for any future junk removal needs without hesitation.
