The two men that came by were presentable and courteous. They let me know what my estimate was and we’re not pushy in making me feel obligated to use their services. I did use their services. I will call them again for sure. I love that they were funny too.
I love junk kings!! They were on time, polite, friendly, worked hard and fast and even cleaned while I was paying g my bill. 10 outa 10!! Very pleased with the Junk King!
Today was truly a wonderful day, thanks to two incredible guys who helped clear out all the clutter at my brother’s house. I can't thank Aaron and Kylle enough for their hard work and kindness. I really appreciate everything you did. I will definitely be reaching out again in the future!
They were able to come early. I was able to get rid of a lot of big items cluttering up my yard and garage. This was my second time using them and I'm always happy with results

The two young men that picked up my Late Great Aunts belongings were Amazing. 👏 They went above And Beyond what we expected. I would highly recommend Your Business to others.. Best regards, Pamela McFarlane
Super fast, convenient, polite pickup crew and seems to be a market price. Would recommend.
Excellent service, fast, patient, and reliable
I priced several different junk haul companies and Junk King was the best value. Scheduling was easy and I intend to call on them again soon
Scheduled a free estimate for a two hour window and crew called in route. The two person crew walked the office w me, took notes and provided me a reasonable offer on the spot. The scheduling crew was prompt and professional and met me desired date and time. The crew that did the work were polite, professional and friendly. I would recommend them.
Fast and efficient personnel. Great job!
They worked me in next day and were friendly, efficient, and had really great pricing!
Very easy experience. They showed up on time, did an efficient job, for a reasonable price.

Professional, friendly and quick service. I highly recommend Junk King for furniture removal.
We've used Junk King 3 times and each time it's been quick, reasonable, and their staff, from the folks I schedule with on the phone to the folks who come out to our home to do the removal, are always so professional.
I think it’s a bit pricey. They rescheduled twice. Getting an estimate was tricky. When they came for the removal, it was quick and efficient.
While in the midst of dealing with some real shady movers, these guys were a breath of fresh air. Communicated with me in a timely manner and were as professional as could be. Won't hesitate to hire them again when the situation arises!
This team was truly amazing and so polite and so efficient! The price was so outstanding as well. I give them 10 stars.
Great work
Great company to call when getting rid of stuff. Efficient employees. Happy.
Great job. Very professional.
The team was highly professional, efficient, courteous and personable. They completed the job with minimum disruption and maximum efficiency. I would highly recommend them to others.
Had all of it out in less than half an hour. May have been closer to 15 minutes. So grateful to have all this stuff out of my house. Now I’m going to go have that beer!
The gentleman who gave the estimate was prompt, courteous and very helpful. We were cleaning out my late mother’s apartment. My siblings and I were very impressed. Only my sister was present when the items were taken away and she reported they were on time, polite and efficient. We rate both experiences very highly…
Showed up on scheduled time, Called to let us know they were on their way, Very professional, explained everything to us. Got everything loaded on the truck and double check to make sure they got all that we wanted taken. Great job, we would use them again if needed. thank you guys for all your wonderful kind help.…
Fast friendly and decently priced. Saved a ton of time and work.
The two men who helped us were courteous, competent, and flexible. Very professional service. I recommend them.
Fast and professional, courteous
The right number of guys showed up, on time, and efficiently removed very bulky and awkward pieces, were very quickly done and on their way.
Very friendly! Highly recommend!
At first I was skeptical about using this service, but the 3 gentleman that showed up were very courteous & professional. They worked very efficiently & effectively cleared out my garage quickly. The price was reasonable & overall a good experience. They expressed major gratitude & respect for veterans here at FT Hood. Great job Guys!!!
Fast, professional, thorough. Would use again.
Daniel was friendly, and did an awesome job loading up a heavy couch all by himself. I called several places, and Junk King was the most reasonable. We will use them again in the future!
Had a great experience with Junk King! Scheduling was super convenient using text. The guys were on time and super friendly. I had a couch removed and they were super quick! And their service is way more affordable than other removal places. Will def use them again!!
Excellent experience with John and Jeff!
Awesome company. Service was excellent and quick.
The removal of our furniture was performed in an excellent manner. Very quick and carefully executed! I will highly recommend to everyone!
Very courteous and professional.
I’ve used these guys twice for removing stuff I wanted to throw out but too big to drop at the curb. First was my couch, a few years ago. They were very quick and efficient! And today they took a broken chair and an old animal cage that I couldn’t bring myself to touch at all. They were just as great as they were…
Awesome guys! Quick, no hassle and friendly.
I needed a mattress hauled off. Junk King beat any other price around town. I called several places, shopping around, and Junk King made a point to work with me giving me the best deal. They were on time and friendly. Would use them again.
Very professional and timely! If I need anything removed again I'll go with Junk King Austin
Quick and efficient.
The team was extremely professional and moved out all of our junk in record time! Will definitely call next time we need a clean out!!
They are always awesome! Second time using them. Best prices and best service. Super easy to schedule on very short notice.
Showed up on time and did a great job removing some of my clutter and unwanted junk. Would highly recommend !
Easy to book, work done quickly.
3 of the young men that came to help were exceptional. Polite, helpful, hard working... awesome! 1 young man, (Jason?) Was on his phone a bit and didn't like my fussing about being a day and 2 hours late. It's OK, the others made up for him. I'm disappointed in the communing between answering service and movers. I'm…
Showed up on time, set appointment the next day, courteous, friendly folks, and got the job done in a little over an hour. Non complaints. Would definitely use them again.
Jack and Alex were very polite, pleasure doing business with the men. Will use Junk King again and hope I have the same 2 gentleman back again.
They were quick, very fairly priced, and for the stuff they couldn’t take like the white paint give me instructions on how to get rid of it correctly.
The whole process was painless and affordable! Definitely would recommend for anyone.
The workmen called to see if they could come earlier than planned which was great. Very nice young men and very professional. I had to clean out an apartment and I’m disabled and couldn’t handle it myself. They were very quick and accommodating. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.
Never had an easier experience getting rid of large junk- especially a huge, older fridge! These dudes were super nice. They were super cool, and quick with it. I only found this from seeing the truck driving around. Lord knows - I WILL be using this again!
Even though the reps were late showing up, they have always been very professional and willingness to take own my request for item removal. I highly recommend Junk King for any project you have coming up.
Junk king was easy to schedule, and called me the morning of to see if I was available earlier but was super flexible with me having movers I really appreciated having the option and the guys were great, fast, efficient and picked up additional trash in my garage that I hadn’t even really included. They explained…
Easy booking, availability when I wanted it, quick and reliable, the employees were great guys. Highly recommend.
Friendly guys, quick workers, very efficient. Would use again.
Very courteous
Fast efficient polite and affordable
They were very professional, kind and reasonable.
Their estimate was fair and they worked with our business billing process which can be a pain sometimes. Prompt and friendly!
Amazing customer service! Prompt, courteous hard workers - adored them both! So grateful for this service. And very affordable!
They showed up with a truck that was already nearly full and were surprised at what we had for them to haul off despite me listing all items. Their pricing appears to be whatever they want to charge. Would not recommend at all.
Friendly, courteous, professional service done well and under budget
We have used Junk King for years for various reasons. Colton and Jeff did such a great job servicing our garage today and helping us get through a bunch of recycling and junk. Highly recommend. They were so professional and quick and easy to work with. They always give a quote up front so there are no surprises. 10 out of 10 will definitely be using again.
Great service would highly recommend
The guys were very professional, and made easy work of a large sectional couch and many cardboard boxes we needed to get rid of. They also arrived earlier than anticipated which was nice since I have a busy schedule. I will be recommending Junk Kings moving forward.
We used Junk King recently to remove some old heavy office furniture from our building. Jack and John called ahead, arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently the entire time they were there. They were incredibly helpful and friendly. I can't recommend them enough and will definitely be using them again.
I have used Junk King 3 times and will use them in the future. Very efficient, friendly courtesy people.
My husband and I were very pleased with this service. A little more expensive than we imagined...but to us it was worth it. We hope not to need this service again. However, if we did we would call Junk King. We also would recommend them to family and friends
Guys were kind and professional; gave a quote, picked up my items quickly and out in no time.
They were very pleasant to work with to empty my garage from years of collecting junk.. they were very professional and did not mind that I kept adding more..
The service was easy to book online. The removal team was on time and they called 30 minutes before arrival. They were polite, professional, and careful with their work. I will happily hire Junk King again.
I had an excellent experience!!! They were prompt and friendly. It took them no time and they did not destroy anything in my house!!! Super easy to use.
Super nice guys. Efficient. Moved our other furniture back in place. Thankful.
They were fast and efficient, but increased our quoted price by half a load based on 3 porch chairs we needed removed. After we paid, tipped and they left - 2 of the 3 chairs were still in our side yard. I guess one of the people forgot, but it’s Just frustrating. Happy to pay the cost of a convenience service but…
The guys were fast, friendly, and definitely helped me out. 4 stars because I felt it was maybe a bit more expensive than necessary but otherwise happy with the service provided.
I chose Junk King solely from the reviews I read and while I cannot attest to them being the best value as I didn’t price shop, I will say that it was quick and easy to schedule online, they stayed in constant contact the day of pickup and the 2 gentlemen that came were professional, conversational and very…
They were incredibly fast! In and out in 15 minutes with my old furniture. Very reasonably priced, too.
The crew was polite, responsive, and friendly. On top of that, diligent and effective in removing all of the junk. Highly recommend.
Really great experience. They called about 15 minutes beforehand and arrived at the beginning of our 8am—10am window. Both guys were super nice, respectful of our space, and FAST! Moved 2 couches, a mattress, desk, & chair is about half an hour. Very transparent about the cost. We made our appointment the day before…
Amazing! Very receptive and quick. Arrived on time and made the process very easy for me!
Good but to pay to remove my good couch was ridiculous
Prompt, very friendly, professional, hard working, reasonable cost, will use again if needed. Thank you!
They really helped me out when I needed help with heavy item removal. Both men who stopped by were courteous and friendly.
Aside from a slight miscommunication regarding arrival time, my Junk King team (John and Aaron) did a fabulous job. The process was super easy and the cost ended up being less than anticipated.
Junk Kings were quick and reasonably priced. They had everything loaded in less than 20 minutes.
Everything went great. the fellows were on time, gave a good estimate, and worked very thorough and hard at completing the job. Will use them again.
They were quick and efficient on top of being polite and friendly. Can’t recommend them enough if you need to get rid of heavy stuff!
They were prompt, professional, and removed my furniture and misc junk at a fair price. I like that they recycle. I’ve used them before and have always had a positive experience.
There website said that you would get 20 dollars of any order if you used there website to sign up, but instead I got charged an extra 30 dollars that was not post on there website as a fee. All in all i had to pay 50 dollars more then I should have because of there non- transparent pricing and lies to get you to…
The guys were very professional and did a great job!
They were amazing, showed up right on time and worked incredibly quickly. They exceeded every expectation and I will use them for any future junk removal needs without hesitation.
The team was awesome! Gave me a quote and a heads up about some of the special pricing for stuff like tile, had everything loaded in 20 min.
Job well done. Removal of king mattress, 2 twin box springs and metal frame. Guys were professional, reviewed job before beginning, needed to update quote received over phone. They were careful of walls, etc, on way out, efficient job done.
The two guys that came to help were fast and efficient. They cleared out the garage of junk super fast and were vaccinated! Can't recommend them enough! Really friendly guys!
Danny was professional and efficient!
The Junk King team was awesome!! They were courteous, professional and provided great communication regarding the process and completion time. I would use them again and definitely recommend their services!! Thank you!!
Very prompt service and competitively priced for the service they provide.
Very efficient and courteous, but not cheap. 1 bookshelf, 2 small bedroom end tables and a box spring see me back over $300, so be careful with bulky items, as they charge by “typical F-150-sized loads,” even though they’re in a huge pro truck. Supposedly mine was more than could fit into a single F-150, but I…
Quick and Easy. Responsive and Friendly Crew.
Loyd and Dre were friendly, efficient and quick. Stephen was responsive to my calls and questions. Definitely a company worth using!
Super quick and professional.
Jeffrey and Logan were super friendly, professional and efficient with removing our home furniture. Would recommend them to anyone!
Kind, quick and efficient!
On time polite respectful and a sense of humor
From the appointment set up to the removal, Junk King was quick, professional and affordable! We will definitely use their services in the future!
Two Junk King reps showed up exactly as I was promised and hauled away sooo much stuff that had cluttered my yard for months. Besides being strong and willing to work, they were courteous and polite. My yard looks so much better with the help of Junk King.
I would recommend them to anyone. They were very careful moving furniture around and pricing was fair.
I called at 10 am to schedule a pickup of a twin mattress and they came at 1:45 pm the same day! Couldn’t have been nicer on the phone or the two workers who made the pickup! Wonderful all around!
Excellent worker and very fast!
Jason and Stone were super professional, punctual, and got the job done in no time at all. I will definitely use Junk King again.
They called when the thought they would be late, but arrived within the window that had been set anyway. Professional and courteous. I would use them again
Men were efficient and professional. I would definitely recommend this company.
Courteous, did job quickly, answered my questions, would use again.
They were on time, super nice and professional, and they had it cleared out so quickly! I will definitely use them again.
Came on time. Quick removal.
They removed a cedar chest, patio storage box, and a glider chair. Only reason I didn't give 5 Star rating was the price. $200 seemed high for those 3 items. But the guys were really nice and did a good job.
Good communication; timely, reasonable price
Friendly, quick service and flexible! THEY ARE ROCKSTARS!
Fair prices, very quick and easy!
Junk King is absolutely fantastic! I have used them twice now and each time every single person I dealt with, be it on the phone scheduling the service or the people who came to pick up my items, has been very professional, efficient and nice. They were on time, called before they came and were great when they…
I needed to get rid of an adjustable bed base and king size mattress as well as some small patio furniture. I couldn’t count on Georgetown Bulk Trash, as they often tell you it’s up to the drivers discretion. I needed a dependable pick up and Junk King answered the call. Tina was a great help on the phone getting me…
Took all they could and swept up afterwards. Crew was very professional and polite.
The guys who came though were friendly, professional, and fast- the stars are for them. My issue, however, is with the online price estimator. The estimate it gave me for a couch was $98-118. This was a basic couch in a small living room, not a sectional and certainly not large. The cost wound up being $258 plus…
Very quick and the price was reasonable for the furniture I needed removed.
Our first time using Junk King and we will use them again! We had a great experience! Communication and service well done!
Very helpful and professional! I was able to schedule a pickup for the next day with no issues.
The company was very professional and were able to remove a couch quickly that did not go into the apartment that well
i mean, as far a junk removal services go it’s pretty straight forward; you pay them they take your stuff away. to remove a mattress, small bookcase, patio table and bed frame it cost me $305 plus tip on top of that which was far more than quoted but i guess when they’re there they’ve got you over a barrel so you…
Hello all at Junk King. We hope you are all safe and well. Today, Tue, 18 Aug 2020 we had a scheduled pick up from 10-12pm.
