Junk King Austin

The two men that came by were presentable and courteous. They let me know what my estimate was and we’re not pushy in making me feel obligated to use their services. I did use their services. I will call them again for sure. I love that they were funny too.

I love junk kings!! They were on time, polite, friendly, worked hard and fast and even cleaned while I was paying g my bill. 10 outa 10!! Very pleased with the Junk King!

Today was truly a wonderful day, thanks to two incredible guys who helped clear out all the clutter at my brother’s house. I can't thank Aaron and Kylle enough for their hard work and kindness. I really appreciate everything you did. I will definitely be reaching out again in the future!

They were able to come early. I was able to get rid of a lot of big items cluttering up my yard and garage. This was my second time using them and I'm always happy with results

Very professional, on-time service that was unbelievably quick and easy. Highly recommended. Thanks Junk King!

The guys were great. They were in and out in 30 minutes.

I priced several different junk haul companies and Junk King was the best value. Scheduling was easy and I intend to call on them again soon

Scheduled a free estimate for a two hour window and crew called in route. The two person crew walked the office w me, took notes and provided me a reasonable offer on the spot. The scheduling crew was prompt and professional and met me desired date and time. The crew that did the work were polite, professional and friendly. I would recommend them.

Professional, friendly and quick service. I highly recommend Junk King for furniture removal.

We've used Junk King 3 times and each time it's been quick, reasonable, and their staff, from the folks I schedule with on the phone to the folks who come out to our home to do the removal, are always so professional.

I think it’s a bit pricey. They rescheduled twice. Getting an estimate was tricky. When they came for the removal, it was quick and efficient.

While in the midst of dealing with some real shady movers, these guys were a breath of fresh air. Communicated with me in a timely manner and were as professional as could be. Won't hesitate to hire them again when the situation arises!

This team was truly amazing and so polite and so efficient! The price was so outstanding as well. I give them 10 stars.

Had all of it out in less than half an hour. May have been closer to 15 minutes. So grateful to have all this stuff out of my house. Now I’m going to go have that beer!

The gentleman who gave the estimate was prompt, courteous and very helpful. We were cleaning out my late mother’s apartment. My siblings and I were very impressed. The price was reasonable & overall a good experience. They expressed major gratitude & respect for veterans here at FT Hood. Great job Guys!!!

Fast, professional, thorough. Would use again.

Daniel was friendly, and did an awesome job loading up a heavy couch all by himself. I called several places, and Junk King was the most reasonable. We will use them again in the future!

Had a great experience with Junk King! Scheduling was super convenient using text. The guys were on time and super friendly. I had a couch removed and they were super quick! And their service is way more affordable than other removal places. Will def use them again!!

The removal of our furniture was performed in an excellent manner. Very quick and carefully executed! I will highly recommend to everyone!

Very courteous and professional.

I’ve used these guys twice for removing stuff I wanted to throw out but too big to drop at the curb. First was my couch, a few years ago. They were very quick and efficient! And today they took a broken chair and an old animal cage that I couldn’t bring myself to touch at all. They were just as great as they were… Read full review

Easy to book, work done quickly.

3 of the young men that came to help were exceptional. Polite, helpful, hard working... awesome! 1 young man, (Jason?) Was on his phone a bit and didn't like my fussing about being a day and 2 hours late. It's OK, the others made up for him. I'm disappointed in the communing between answering service and movers. I'm… Read full review

Jack and Alex were very polite, pleasure doing business with the men. Will use Junk King again and hope I have the same 2 gentleman back again.

They were quick, very fairly priced, and for the stuff they couldn’t take like the white paint give me instructions on how to get rid of it correctly.

The whole process was painless and affordable! Definitely would recommend for anyone.

The workmen called to see if they could come earlier than planned which was great. Very nice young men and very professional. I had to clean out an apartment and I’m disabled and couldn’t handle it myself. They were very quick and accommodating. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Never had an easier experience getting rid of large junk- especially a huge, older fridge! These dudes were super nice. They were super cool, and quick with it. I only found this from seeing the truck driving around. Lord knows - I WILL be using this again!

Their estimate was fair and they worked with our business billing process which can be a pain sometimes. Prompt and friendly!

Amazing customer service! Prompt, courteous hard workers - adored them both! So grateful for this service. And very affordable!

They showed up with a truck that was already nearly full and were surprised at what we had for them to haul off despite me listing all items. Their pricing appears to be whatever they want to charge. Would not recommend at all.

Friendly, courteous, professional service done well and under budget

We have used Junk King for years for various reasons. Colton and Jeff did such a great job servicing our garage today and helping us get through a bunch of recycling and junk. Highly recommend. They were so professional and quick and easy to work with. They always give a quote up front so there are no surprises. 10 out of 10 will definitely be using again.

Great service would highly recommend

The guys were very professional, and made easy work of a large sectional couch and many cardboard boxes we needed to get rid of. They also arrived earlier than anticipated which was nice since I have a busy schedule. I will be recommending Junk Kings moving forward.

We used Junk King recently to remove some old heavy office furniture from our building. Jack and John called ahead, arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently the entire time they were there. They were incredibly helpful and friendly. I can't recommend them enough and will definitely be using them again.

I have used Junk King 3 times and will use them in the future. Very efficient, friendly courtesy people.

My husband and I were very pleased with this service. A little more expensive than we imagined...but to us it was worth it. We hope not to need this service again. However, if we did we would call Junk King. We also would recommend them to family and friends

Guys were kind and professional; gave a quote, picked up my items quickly and out in no time.

They were very pleasant to work with to empty my garage from years of collecting junk.. they were very professional and did not mind that I kept adding more..

I had an excellent experience!!! They were prompt and friendly. It took them no time and they did not destroy anything in my house!!! Super easy to use.

Super nice guys. Efficient. Moved our other furniture back in place. Thankful.

They were fast and efficient, but increased our quoted price by half a load based on 3 porch chairs we needed removed. After we paid, tipped and they left - 2 of the 3 chairs were still in our side yard. I guess one of the people forgot, but it’s Just frustrating. Happy to pay the cost of a convenience service but… Read full review

The guys were fast, friendly, and definitely helped me out. 4 stars because I felt it was maybe a bit more expensive than necessary but otherwise happy with the service provided.

I chose Junk King solely from the reviews I read and while I cannot attest to them being the best value as I didn’t price shop, I will say that it was quick and easy to schedule online, they stayed in constant contact the day of pickup and the 2 gentlemen that came were professional, conversational and very… Read full review

They were incredibly fast! In and out in 15 minutes with my old furniture. Very reasonably priced, too.

They really helped me out when I needed help with heavy item removal. Both men who stopped by were courteous and friendly.

Aside from a slight miscommunication regarding arrival time, my Junk King team (John and Aaron) did a fabulous job. The process was super easy and the cost ended up being less than anticipated.

Junk Kings were quick and reasonably priced. They had everything loaded in less than 20 minutes.

Everything went great. the fellows were on time, gave a good estimate, and worked very thorough and hard at completing the job. Will use them again.

They were quick and efficient on top of being polite and friendly. Can’t recommend them enough if you need to get rid of heavy stuff!

They were prompt, professional, and removed my furniture and misc junk at a fair price. I like that they recycle. I’ve used them before and have always had a positive experience.

There website said that you would get 20 dollars of any order if you used there website to sign up, but instead I got charged an extra 30 dollars that was not post on there website as a fee. All in all i had to pay 50 dollars more then I should have because of there non- transparent pricing and lies to get you to… Read full review
