Junk King Austin

I’ve used them many times over the years. They are great!

This was the 2nd time using Junk King and were very professional and friendly. Great Guys!! Thanks, Beverlee

Junk King has helped me get rid of a lot of stuff. They are my first call for junk pickup. Today Ryan Otis & Will Smith picked up some items for me. They were professional, polite, & efficient in getting in & out quickly. I appreciate the great customer service. I will definitely plan to call Junk King again.

Today was truly a wonderful day, thanks to two incredible guys who helped clear out all the clutter at my brother’s house. I can't thank Aaron and Kylle enough for their hard work and kindness. I really appreciate everything you did. I will definitely be reaching out again in the future!

I’ve used this service a few times before. They always do a fantastic job! They were on time, they were fast and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

The guys were great. They were in and out in 30 minutes.

The two young men that picked up my Late Great Aunts belongings were Amazing. 👏 They went above And Beyond what we expected. I would highly recommend Your Business to others.. Best regards, Pamela McFarlane

Very personable employees and hard-working. Picked up boxes from my move as well as appliances that had broken. Did the job quickly and listened to my directions.

Awesome customer service. John and Jay were so polite and helpful… They even took the large pillows! I highly recommend them!!!❤️

I called on a Saturday and was able to get same day on time service. Very efficient. Will use again. Thanks so much

Efficient and texted prior to arrival to let us know when they would be there. Thanks!

We used Junk King yesterday for cleaning out and hauling away years of items in our attic. They arrived as scheduled and their two employees (Art and John) were just great. Their hard work over five hours resulted in a large truckload of “stuff” taken away and out of our lives. We highly recommend this business.

I’ve used your company a few times and have always had excellent service

I priced several different junk haul companies and Junk King was the best value. Scheduling was easy and I intend to call on them again soon

John and Jack were amazing! They arrived early and were super efficient, friendly and helpful in helping with my move out. I’ll definitely use them again for the next round of things!

Jack and his assistant were on time, very professional and good natured. Got our stuff loaded up with great attitudes. I would recommend Junk King to anyone needing this service. Thank You!

We had a garage full and the 2 men who came were very professional and quick. I am truly amazed by the price and time it took them to load everything up. Thank you so much. 😊

Always use them! Great service!

We agreed to a price over the phone and they sent two young men to pickup my discarded mattress. I recommend then.

They were great! Provided a quote and hauled everything off within 10-15 minutes. They were very professional and friendly. Would definitely use them again!

All I can say, I was extremely impressed with the two gentlemen. They were very respectful, kind and professional! Thank you for all your hard work you guys.

Great price and fast pick-up. Showed up on time couldn’t be easier.

Great to do business with. They were very responsive via phone and text and worked with me to extend my time. The container was new and quite sturdy and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended

Prompt, thorough and efficient. The two workers came, introduced themselves and got to work. They completed the job within the hour. I will definitely recommend this company to friends/family.

Very easy to book. Affordable pricing for all of the work they complete. Very friendly and helpful. Will use again if needed.

Always great service!

We've used Junk King 3 times and each time it's been quick, reasonable, and their staff, from the folks I schedule with on the phone to the folks who come out to our home to do the removal, are always so professional.

They were awesome! Highly recommend!

Definitely would recommend. They arrived on time, showed them all the stuff and they had it loaded quickly. Hassle free. What a relief to use this service.

Awesome. I will definitely use them again.

The two men who helped us were courteous, competent, and flexible. Very professional service. I recommend them.

At first I was skeptical about using this service, but the 3 gentleman that showed up were very courteous & professional. They worked very efficiently & effectively cleared out my garage quickly. The price was reasonable & overall a good experience. They expressed major gratitude & respect for veterans here at FT Hood. Great job Guys!!!

Fast, professional, thorough. Would use again.

Everyone I spoke to was very nice and helpful. The delivery and pickup of the dumpster was easy. Did have a problem originally getting the dumpster delivered because of truck problems, but guess that happens to everyone. Was glad they were able to come out so I could help my mom clean out her garage.

These guys were awesome! Highly recommend, and will for sure use in the future. Do not forget to tip them!!

Called from out of town for a job our company just finished and they came out gave us an estimate for pick up, worked with our budget and did everything over the phone! Very fast and efficient! 5 stars!

I was blown away by how fast, kind, and professional they were! Excellent service!

Very professional and timely! If I need anything removed again I'll go with Junk King Austin

The crew was on time, friendly, professional, packed up the truck with Tetris-level precision and did it extremely quickly. Will definitely use them again!

Quick and efficient.

Showed up on time, set appointment the next day, courteous, friendly folks, and got the job done in a little over an hour. Non complaints. Would definitely use them again.

The whole process was painless and affordable! Definitely would recommend for anyone.

The workmen called to see if they could come earlier than planned which was great. Very nice young men and very professional. I had to clean out an apartment and I’m disabled and couldn’t handle it myself. They were very quick and accommodating. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Very pleased with my junk pick up. Gentlemen very nice and hard workers . Thank you

Excellent service. Great communication. Me and my family are moving houses and a lot of junk had to go. They saved me the headache and time. Thanks again guys. True blessing. Highly recommend

Never had an easier experience getting rid of large junk- especially a huge, older fridge! These dudes were super nice. They were super cool, and quick with it. I only found this from seeing the truck driving around. Lord knows - I WILL be using this again!

My experience with Junk King was great. They were on time and left my garage clean.

We were moving and had a few things that I just didn’t know how to get rid of. I set up an appointment, they showed up early, and things just disappeared. They did a great job and were in and out fast. Thanks guys

They showed up with a truck that was already nearly full and were surprised at what we had for them to haul off despite me listing all items. Their pricing appears to be whatever they want to charge. Would not recommend at all.

Friendly, courteous, professional service done well and under budget

Junk King responded quickly, assessed the amount of trash and gave us a fair price. Best trash removal we’ve used in Georgetown.

The guys were very professional, and made easy work of a large sectional couch and many cardboard boxes we needed to get rid of. They also arrived earlier than anticipated which was nice since I have a busy schedule. I will be recommending Junk Kings moving forward.

My husband and I were very pleased with this service. A little more expensive than we imagined...but to us it was worth it. We hope not to need this service again. However, if we did we would call Junk King. We also would recommend them to family and friends

They were very pleasant to work with to empty my garage from years of collecting junk.. they were very professional and did not mind that I kept adding more..

They were fast and efficient, but increased our quoted price by half a load based on 3 porch chairs we needed removed. After we paid, tipped and they left - 2 of the 3 chairs were still in our side yard. I guess one of the people forgot, but it’s Just frustrating. Happy to pay the cost of a convenience service but… Read full review

The crew was polite, responsive, and friendly. On top of that, diligent and effective in removing all of the junk. Highly recommend.

Really great experience. They called about 15 minutes beforehand and arrived at the beginning of our 8am—10am window. Both guys were super nice, respectful of our space, and FAST! Moved 2 couches, a mattress, desk, & chair is about half an hour. Very transparent about the cost. We made our appointment the day before… Read full review

Amazing! Very receptive and quick. Arrived on time and made the process very easy for me!

The men that helped me today were in credibly kind, professional, and reasonable to my needs and budget. I would recommend them, and I’m not the type to leave reviews but they deserved it.

The pick up crew was nice, efficient, and showed up on time. However, the on-site quote price was double the one they emailed prior to their visit (despite the fact that I sent multiple pictures). I would have given them a 5 star except for the price increase.

Everything went great. the fellows were on time, gave a good estimate, and worked very thorough and hard at completing the job. Will use them again.

I’ve used Junk King several times and love their service. They arrive on time and remove all my unwanted items. Will continue to use them in the future
