Super fast, convenient, polite pickup crew and seems to be a market price. Would recommend.

The short version: rescheduled multiple times, "showed up", left within 5 minutes, didn't respond to any of my follow-up calls. I tried to use this service, but they ghosted me. My original scheduled window was 1pm-3pm. The day of was rainy, so they called to let me know they were running late. So far, so good, I… Read full review

The process with Junk King was incredibly easy and affordable - I booked online and received the dumpster the following day. Zane, who handled the the dropoff/pickup, was fantastic to work with! I would recommend Junk Kings to my family and friends. Great experience!

Fast and efficient personnel. Great job!

My family has used this company twice and they have been so wonderful. I highly recommend as they are very professional, friendly and most importantly to me...arrive when they say they will. They also left the area super clean. If I ever have more junk, they 100% be the first company I call.

They worked me in next day and were friendly, efficient, and had really great pricing!

Our removal team was AMAZING. They were a little later than the estimated window but communicative during the process. Quite literally amazing how quickly they were able to tackle our junk pile on a busy day in the crazy TX heat. Highly recommend.

The service personnel were very friendly and professional.

Prompt, thorough and efficient. The two workers came, introduced themselves and got to work. They completed the job within the hour. I will definitely recommend this company to friends/family.

Alex and the team were great. Communicative and got the work done quickly.

Always great service!

We've used Junk King 3 times and each time it's been quick, reasonable, and their staff, from the folks I schedule with on the phone to the folks who come out to our home to do the removal, are always so professional.

This team was truly amazing and so polite and so efficient! The price was so outstanding as well. I give them 10 stars.

Very thankful for their services and their flexibility. Highly recommend them for junk removal services.

The junk king representative got rid of my random piles of stuff quickly and efficiently. He did this for a reasonable cost.

Great job. Very professional.

Had all of it out in less than half an hour. May have been closer to 15 minutes. So grateful to have all this stuff out of my house. Now I’m going to go have that beer!

Everyone was exceptionally responsive, efficient, accommodating, professional and very pleasant. I called at 9:00am and 7 hours later, 4 pickup loads were gone! Outstandingly fantastic!

Fast friendly and decently priced. Saved a ton of time and work.

At first I was skeptical about using this service, but the 3 gentleman that showed up were very courteous & professional. They worked very efficiently & effectively cleared out my garage quickly. The price was reasonable & overall a good experience. They expressed major gratitude & respect for veterans here at FT Hood. Great job Guys!!!

Junk King was very responsive and their team was incredibly nice and helpful.

Fast, professional, thorough. Would use again.

Fast response and professional good job.

The crew was professional and efficient. I asked for some yard debris removal and i only expected them to take the large branches but they ended up getting the entire pile, even the smaller branches that i could have handled myself. They cleaned up after themselves and struck to the quoted price. Great experience.

Fast response, professional, and reasonably priced.

It’s on the pricey side but they were on time and helpful via text

The drivers tried to double the price of the removal, saying that the office personnel frequently misquoted the correct amount. After much discussion, the final amount arrived at was.still 10 Dollars higher than the amount originally agreed to.

These guys were awesome! Highly recommend, and will for sure use in the future. Do not forget to tip them!!

Called from out of town for a job our company just finished and they came out gave us an estimate for pick up, worked with our budget and did everything over the phone! Very fast and efficient! 5 stars!

Very courteous and professional.

Junk King is the best junk removal in Austin! They were on time, professional, respectful and up front about the cost. They did exactly what they said they would without any hidden fees.

I’ve used these guys twice for removing stuff I wanted to throw out but too big to drop at the curb. First was my couch, a few years ago. They were very quick and efficient! And today they took a broken chair and an old animal cage that I couldn’t bring myself to touch at all. They were just as great as they were… Read full review

Junk King responded quickly to my inquiry, gave me a fair price, and did a thorough job right then and there. I highly recommend Junk King!

3 of the young men that came to help were exceptional. Polite, helpful, hard working... awesome! 1 young man, (Jason?) Was on his phone a bit and didn't like my fussing about being a day and 2 hours late. It's OK, the others made up for him. I'm disappointed in the communing between answering service and movers. I'm… Read full review

Courteous staff, thorough

The whole process was painless and affordable! Definitely would recommend for anyone.

Junk King was great. I had never used a trash removal service other than my weekly pick up but the side of my house had became a war zone with left over work debris. I called up junk king and after a bit of info said they'd be out the next day for a free estimate. The estimate ended up coming out a good bit above… Read full review

The workmen called to see if they could come earlier than planned which was great. Very nice young men and very professional. I had to clean out an apartment and I’m disabled and couldn’t handle it myself. They were very quick and accommodating. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Very pleased with my junk pick up. Gentlemen very nice and hard workers . Thank you

Never had an easier experience getting rid of large junk- especially a huge, older fridge! These dudes were super nice. They were super cool, and quick with it. I only found this from seeing the truck driving around. Lord knows - I WILL be using this again!

So yes, junk was removed. 3 stars for the following: 1. Pickup time was 8-10am. Didn’t show up until after 10:30. Didn’t get notified of late arrival until 9:45-ish 2. Even though entire load was 1 full load they already had junk. So they filled up some then had to go dump it and come back for the rest. So a job… Read full review

Even though the reps were late showing up, they have always been very professional and willingness to take own my request for item removal. I highly recommend Junk King for any project you have coming up.

I’ve used this company multiple times and I never have any complaints. I’ve even had them haul away a giant packing table that they took away with ease. I absolutely love using them and knowing that I don’t have to figure out how to haul away even the heavier items. You just can’t go wrong with them! Always on time,… Read full review

We were moving and had a few things that I just didn’t know how to get rid of. I set up an appointment, they showed up early, and things just disappeared. They did a great job and were in and out fast. Thanks guys

These guys were great! They showed up right on schedule, had everything cleared out in less than 15 minutes, and it was so worth the price to have it all taken care of. I'd definitely return to this company if I ever have more junk to remove.

Clearing out my brothers home in preparation for his coming home after open heart surgery… I am pretty sure We filled their truck!! They were on time, very professional and When I added landscaping we had trimmed they did not blink and added with a smile!! Great experience!

Easy booking, availability when I wanted it, quick and reliable, the employees were great guys. Highly recommend.

They were very professional, kind and reasonable.

Their estimate was fair and they worked with our business billing process which can be a pain sometimes. Prompt and friendly!

They were responsive and helpful. It was a bit more expensive than I had thought it might be, but they can’t say for certain until they come see it (which I understand). Overall it was a good experience.

Amazing customer service! Prompt, courteous hard workers - adored them both! So grateful for this service. And very affordable!

They showed up with a truck that was already nearly full and were surprised at what we had for them to haul off despite me listing all items. Their pricing appears to be whatever they want to charge. Would not recommend at all.

Friendly, courteous, professional service done well and under budget

We have used Junk King for years for various reasons. Colton and Jeff did such a great job servicing our garage today and helping us get through a bunch of recycling and junk. Highly recommend. They were so professional and quick and easy to work with. They always give a quote up front so there are no surprises. 10 out of 10 will definitely be using again.

Great service would highly recommend

The guys were very professional, and made easy work of a large sectional couch and many cardboard boxes we needed to get rid of. They also arrived earlier than anticipated which was nice since I have a busy schedule. I will be recommending Junk Kings moving forward.
