Junk King Austin

I’ve used this service a few times before. They always do a fantastic job! They were on time, they were fast and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Very friendly and helpful.

The guys were great. They were in and out in 30 minutes.

The two young men that picked up my Late Great Aunts belongings were Amazing. 👏 They went above And Beyond what we expected. I would highly recommend Your Business to others.. Best regards, Pamela McFarlane

The crew that came out and picked up were great, very efficient, and professional! What would have taken us 30 trips they were able to accomplish in 2. I would definitely recommend Junk Kings and use them again!

Always great service!

We've used Junk King 3 times and each time it's been quick, reasonable, and their staff, from the folks I schedule with on the phone to the folks who come out to our home to do the removal, are always so professional.

This team was truly amazing and so polite and so efficient! The price was so outstanding as well. I give them 10 stars.

Had all of it out in less than half an hour. May have been closer to 15 minutes. So grateful to have all this stuff out of my house. Now I’m going to go have that beer!

My home was flooded a week ago and these guys were a huge help. They were courteous and patient and despite having a rather complicated situation, they went about it brilliantly. I would definitely use them again.

This is our second time using Junk King. So easy to schedule, fast, reasonable price, and everyone from customer service to the men that did our pickup was so friendly and easy to work with. I LOVE having the space in my garage back!!! Thanks y’all!

Junk King was great. I had never used a trash removal service other than my weekly pick up but the side of my house had became a war zone with left over work debris. I called up junk king and after a bit of info said they'd be out the next day for a free estimate. The estimate ended up coming out a good bit above… Read full review

The workmen called to see if they could come earlier than planned which was great. Very nice young men and very professional. I had to clean out an apartment and I’m disabled and couldn’t handle it myself. They were very quick and accommodating. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I scheduled a 12 yard dumpster for home cleanup to be delivered on a Saturday, with a confirmation email and hold on my card they never showed. I called multiple times that afternoon and the next day and the customer service reps were not able to get hold of the owner (Chase) until late Monday morning. He called,… Read full review

Never had an easier experience getting rid of large junk- especially a huge, older fridge! These dudes were super nice. They were super cool, and quick with it. I only found this from seeing the truck driving around. Lord knows - I WILL be using this again!

Even though the reps were late showing up, they have always been very professional and willingness to take own my request for item removal. I highly recommend Junk King for any project you have coming up.

Speedy same day pick-up

I’ve used this company multiple times and I never have any complaints. I’ve even had them haul away a giant packing table that they took away with ease. I absolutely love using them and knowing that I don’t have to figure out how to haul away even the heavier items. You just can’t go wrong with them! Always on time,… Read full review

Jack came out within a couple hours on a holiday weekend and helped us remove a very malodorous dead refrigerator and some other yard debris. So very grateful for the help when others wanted us to wait until Tuesday. Highly recommend!

We were moving and had a few things that I just didn’t know how to get rid of. I set up an appointment, they showed up early, and things just disappeared. They did a great job and were in and out fast. Thanks guys

Friendly guys, quick workers, very efficient. Would use again.

They were responsive and helpful. It was a bit more expensive than I had thought it might be, but they can’t say for certain until they come see it (which I understand). Overall it was a good experience.

Folks on the phone and Al the crews I spoke with were very professional and polite. I’ll definitely use them again.

Reliable, on time and will surely use this service again.

Friendly, courteous, professional service done well and under budget

We have used Junk King for years for various reasons. Colton and Jeff did such a great job servicing our garage today and helping us get through a bunch of recycling and junk. Highly recommend. They were so professional and quick and easy to work with. They always give a quote up front so there are no surprises. 10 out of 10 will definitely be using again.

The guys were very professional, and made easy work of a large sectional couch and many cardboard boxes we needed to get rid of. They also arrived earlier than anticipated which was nice since I have a busy schedule. I will be recommending Junk Kings moving forward.

Amazing response time with great customer service! Clean up crew was awesome! Will definitely use them again if needed.
