The crew members we very courteous and took great care not to mar the walls or floors removing the furniture and very large closet doors. Our only complaint was Junk King double booked the crew during out appointment time and as a result didn’t arrive until 30 minutes past the scheduled two hour window.
Driver called in advance advising they were 25 minutes early and asked if it was ok to show up before the scheduled time. It was such a big relief to get rid of furniture and yard items that no one wanted. Junk King made it very easy and at a fair price.
From the online scheduling to the actual pick up, friendliness of the folks doing the pick up and price it was a great experience. I will definitely use this company again
There were 2 guys that came to pick up a queen mattress and the bed frame as well as the box spring. They were very efficiency and very polite. I will definitely use this service again.
