The whole experience has been great. From the first phone call to establish a quote and reservation, with their crew coming the next day to provide a real quote to the day of removal - they were actually early inside the 2 hour window but i was not there, but they waited and that doesn’t happen often of which I…

Came on Saturday 2 hours after my call excellent service polite careful and friendly. Reasonable price. Will use them again
Great service - friendly, prompt and professional. It was a bit expensive but I did not shop around, so it might be right in line with other junk removal services.
Quick and price was more reasonable than expected.

Very reasonable priced and very helpful and courteous. Would recommend them to everyone.
Damian and Alex (my apologies if I misspelled either of their names) were great! They had first came by earlier than the appointment, and they were very cordial with my wife who was unsure exactly what was to be junked. Alex and Damian apologized and said they would return later; and they did ahead of time, Kudos!…
These guys are awesome! Always friendly, quick, and do an excellent job! Their call center is responsive, well organized and provides exceptional customer service. Have used this service with this company 3x for big bulky items and lots of accumulated trash, junk, weathered debris. I highly recommend them!!
The two men who came and helped us out today were spectacular - so friendly and super helpful! They were quick, professional workers and were really great guys all around. We will definitely be using them again the next time we have things to remove, thank you so much!!
I have used Junk Kings twice now in the Bay area and both times were a great experience. They are prompt, helpful and extremely polite while doing a job no one else wants to do. If you need anything picked up and hauled away this is the company to call - and they will do it for less than that other one.
Thank you, Junk King for removing our remodel mess! Very professional!
On time, quick service, no suprises
The guys on the truck were great! Would rather have been able to donate my furniture pieces, but after COVID19, donation centers are no longer taking large items. Very nice to know that the Junk Kings do their best to recycle these larger items to keep them out of a landfill.
Wilson and Hermino were courteous, helpful, hardworking, and they seemed to enjoy their work!
The two guys who’ve helped us before are amazing! Pricing is incredibly fair! They worked so hard to clear out every single item we wanted to toss out. I highly recommend Junk King!

I never knew getting rid of junk could be fun. I used Junk King last week and they really earned their name. They were on time, courteous and hard working. We filled the truck in no time. We liked their service so well that we're having them back again next week.
They called to advise us that they were running late, they did arrive at the new time. Quickly loaded the junk we had and answered a few questions we had. We were well satisfied.
