I thank your organization for being so thorough. The men who come out are always courteous gentlemen: responsive, efficient, and thorough. I have used Junk King many times in the past. And every single time every person is such a professional at his job. Today Renaldo and Carlos did the work. They really…

When I called their office I spoke to thee most professional, pleasant, thorough lady I’ve ever come across in customer service. She went above & beyond to not only make sure I got a good quote but counter offered my last quote I got before calling them. When my appointment time came the guys called right on time to…
Brady and Scott were awesome!!!! They were so polite and professional!!! They helped me out during a very sad time, I lost my dad. They cleared everything out of my dads place super quick!! Will definitely hire your company again!!
They sent a crew out to estimate my job just a couple hours after I asked for a referral from Anji. They took everything I asked, were quick, and professional. I'd highly recommend.
Great hard working guys, did a good job and will recommend and use their services if needed.
The two men did an excellent job and kept me informed of what they were doing. Very efficient and helpful. I will definitely call them again. On a scale of 1to 10. 11! Great service. Thank you Gary n Jose.🙂
Was sent to junk king by my mother in law’s recommendation. Sky happily confirmed that I called the correct business. I had an excellent experience with customer service at junk king. Had a hard time at first, coordinating a meeting on the day I tried to meet. But, Bryan was very honest and gave me realistic expectations for the next day. When the drivers showed up, they were very nice and professional, the price quote matched the final charges. They worked quick and steady to get the job done.…
Will and Michael removed the junk from my garage, including a very heavy CRT TV. They also removed an old couch from my den, navigating tricky corners without damaging anything. Hi highly recommend using their service.
I’ve used Junk King twice and both times have been very pleased. Will use next time!
I had a really great experience with scheduling the appointment. They got right back to me and were very professional the team that picked up my items were very professional as well. The only thing was that they did not quote me an accurate estimate, like $200 over the estimate. We were able to meet halfway in the…
They were fast, courteous, on time, and did a great job. I fully recommend.
Brian and his assistant did a great job hauling old and heavy items out of my house and garage. Very personable and quick. And he was flexible in the pricing.
Everything went well. They were on time, professional and courteous. Maybe a little expensive for the amount they hauled away.
Jt & John are amazing people thank you for being quick efficient and kind
The scheduling system is so user friendly and the guys that came out did an amazing job! Fast and efficient. Couldn’t ask for more!
Junk King guys we're great! Arrived early (after calling to make sure ok). Took them less than 30 minutes to haul out an old reclining sofa and chair. They also took some old blinds and satellite dish for the original quoted price. I will definitely use them again...as soon as I convince my husband that he doesn't need half the junk in the garage! 😆
They showed up in the time window. Gave a quick estimate, and loaded up all the item I wanted gone in a quick minute. Fast , friendly and professional.
They were polite, gave fair pricing & got everything loaded very fast.
The two men were very professional
The trash pick up was smooth, operators were responsive and willing…and even smiled!
Jesse and Will were just here and they were so professional and kind! The best service EVER! Thank you so much, Adriane
The men were very nice who showed up. I gave it three stars for how it worked. They would not provide any idea of pricing over the phone or online. I even texted pictures over. They want to come see the items then price it. I didn’t have that much and ended up overpaying because I had to be charged for half a truck…
A++++!!! Junk King is awesome, I’m so glad I read the reviews and chose them. They came and got my backyard junk, quickly and professionally. After they left, I realized I forgot (my fault, not theirs) some dead branches that were off to the side. These were huge 6 foot tall branches, and boxes of rotting fruit. I…
