Had a hard time at first, coordinating a meeting on the day I tried to meet. But, Bryan was very honest and gave me realistic expectations for the next day. Will and Michael removed the junk from my garage, including a very heavy CRT TV. They also removed an old couch from my den, navigating tricky corners without damaging anything. Hi highly recommend using their service.
I’ve used Junk King twice and both times have been very pleased. Will use next time!
I had a really great experience with scheduling the appointment. They got right back to me and were very professional the team that picked up my items were very professional as well. Brian and his assistant did a great job hauling old and heavy items out of my house and garage. Very personable and quick. And he was flexible in the pricing.
Everything went well. They were on time, professional and courteous. Maybe a little expensive for the amount they hauled away.
Jt & John are amazing people thank you for being quick efficient and kind
The scheduling system is so user friendly and the guys that came out did an amazing job! Fast and efficient. Couldn’t ask for more!
Junk King guys we're great! Arrived early (after calling to make sure ok). Took them less than 30 minutes to haul out an old reclining sofa and chair. They also took some old blinds and satellite dish for the original quoted price. I will definitely use them again...as soon as I convince my husband that he doesn't need half the junk in the garage! 😆
They showed up in the time window. Gave a quick estimate, and loaded up all the item I wanted gone in a quick minute. Fast , friendly and professional.

The two men were very professional
The trash pick up was smooth, operators were responsive and willing…and even smiled!
Jesse and Will were just here and they were so professional and kind! The best service EVER! Thank you so much, Adriane
The men were very nice who showed up. I gave it three stars for how it worked. They would not provide any idea of pricing over the phone or online. I even texted pictures over. They want to come see the items then price it. I didn’t have that much and ended up overpaying because I had to be charged for half a truck…
A++++!!! Junk King is awesome, I’m so glad I read the reviews and chose them. They came and got my backyard junk, quickly and professionally. After they left, I realized I forgot (my fault, not theirs) some dead branches that were off to the side. These were huge 6 foot tall branches, and boxes of rotting fruit. I…

My first experience was a good one.they were fast and efficient. They took apart 2 large cabinets, had them up a hill in record time. Cleaned out my garage and filled the truck. Price was less than I expected. I highly recommend them.
I wasn't sure what I was gonna get when I chose this company to move my items. But I will tell u I was PLEASANTLY surprised. They did the job in good timing & had great attitudes the entire time. My place is a mess cause I'm moving & stuff was falling down, making it difficult for them to do there job. They never…
The men were thorough, accommodating and professional being in Behavior.
Super great! Came and helped us move a bunch of stuff and even offered to take more off our hands! Made the moving out process super easy and the workers were super nice and helpful!
Great same day service, price was very reasonable however there were some items that they found and added on to the price after they started which made me just a tad suspicious. Great value though and fast. Can’t beat it, very happy with service.

The service is pure awesome. The professionals who showed up were so efficient and so nice. They picked everything up. Give me an estimate, a very fair one at that, and hauled away all the junk that we had lying for a long time now. I cannot recommend them enough. They are the best at what they do and they showed up…
TJ, Matt, Jose, Mike did a great job! My dad’s garage is a pretty scary place - woodworker who collected cool stuff that turned into hoarding in his old age. So in addition to needing junk removed, it was a rather sensitive task with potentially valuable/important stuff mixed in with the junk (a lot of gray area in…
Excellent service, solid communication on arrival time, highly efficient, and friendly staff.
We had the best experience with a Junk Kings, and would recommend them to everyone! We needed to clean out an estate after the loss of a family member, and we just didn’t know how to get everything out in the short time frame that we had. Thankfully, we heard about that Junk Kings! We simply called them and set up…

I called Junk King and they were able to help me the very same day. the guy's showed up on time, sent a text when they were close and loaded the truck in less than 20 minutes. It's nice to see two young men that are that concerned about customer service these days, very friendly and professional.
They were very responsive, and they honored an online coupon even though I had trouble booking online and I had to order the service via text. It was very easy to order the service via text. They came when they said they would, they communicated consistently, and they let me know when they were on their way. They…
Two very helpful guys showed up, right on time. They gave us a good estimate for the work, 3-4 pickup truck loads. It took them less than 20 mins to load all the stuff to haul away and they cleaned up afterwards. Would absolutely use Junk King again.
They got the job done in one day. However, they provided an estimate based on an onsite walk thru and the final bill was 50% more.
As usual, Junk King called when they were about half an hour out, showed up on time, and had my whole garage cleaned out in 15 minutes. I would never use anyone else!
Honest pricing (e.g., didn’t claim my load of debris was larger than it was) and prompt service (same day). Payment was convenient (by card on site). Will use again.
This is addition to lower review, We called Junk King first as promised and again we will call them first , This time we got John and Brayden, they were exceptional!! Junk always seems to have hard working team members. John and Brayden went above and beyond, they always are considerate of our home are on task,…
Nice guys! Called before they arrived, gave us a price we could live with and hauled everything away in an hour - including a chest freezer and a small hot tub. We hired them because they pride themselves on recycling and repurposing. Evidently they have a warehouse where everything gets sorted rather than just going to the dump.
Speedy service, polite and professional. Would use them again!
Junk Kings are my go-to for junk removal! Consistent, reliable service. Fair prices. The two gentlemen, TJ and Tyler, we're super fast and easy to work with. They're online scheduling system is great and the guys always called ahead to let us know of their time of arrival. Very professional!
Brad & Tim were awesome! Super friendly and very professional! This weekend was a hot one they came in and took care of everything! Hassle Free!!! We have used Junk King several times and we have had nothing but great experiences with them!!
Kept me informed about arrival time. Got right to it and powered through the job AND in unseasonably HOT weather. Very clear about what could be taken and what couldn’t. Explained pricing in understandable “pick up truck” breakdowns (2 pick up truck load <$400; reasonable for no hassle, no running around town). Thanks for a great job
use them all the time!
I called at 8:00 AM: they were able to make some day appt. As I had used the service in the past, they quickly found me, verified contact info (I had moved and we updated in the moment). This was an efficient, less than 3 min phone call: just how I like it! I was told they’d arrive between 2-4 and call me 15-20 mins…
Ryan and Jake (sorry, I forgot the name of the second person) we're on time, professional, polite, and helpful. I'll be hiring Junk King again.

Edit: Used this service for the second time and am over the top happy with them, again! They were careful, loving, hardworking and incredibly responsive! They showed up within 2 hours of requesting this service. We love JunkKing!
The speed and efficiency of the team was amazing. After calling I had a same day quote and removal of lots of junk and appliances. Would 100 use again for removal of junk!!
Very efficient, pleasant and thorough. 100% recommendation. About 15% too spendy but dependable.
Junk King did an awesome job. Had almost a truck full of heavy objects. Chris and Chris were on time, worked hard and great to work with
We had the daunting task of cleaning out the house of a relative that's passed. Junk King made that possible, especially Tyler & Josh. Working side by side with the family, doing unspeakable tasks, touching and removing unspeakable items. They were incredibly respectful. We will always know, if it weren't for…
These guys were awesome!! Super friendly and incredibly hard working. They knocked out a full truck load of piles in the basement, backyard, and living room in under an hour, including some really bulky and heavy furniture. Amazing!
John and Kennedy were right on time and even called ahead to tell us when they would arrive! They were very professional and friendly when they showed up and helped us get rid of some unwanted furniture and baby stuff, before we move into our first home!! Thank you so much!
Awesome crew. On time, beat quoted price and my garage looks like a garage again!
They were extremely professional & helpful. Thank you!!!! This is the 3rd time ive use them👍
Jose and Kennedy worked with me , gave me a competitive price . These dudes were in and out in less than 20 mins . I really appreciated the professionalism.
We were impressed from start to finish. Came first day contacted, were patient, kind & helpful. Very accommodating. Cleaning out a parents home to get ready to sell comes w/“baggage”! 😳By removing the stuff they also helped with that “baggage”!🤣kudos-highly recommended!!

Excellent service. Professional interaction, consumer centric. Easy communication and light humor. Exceptional above and beyond! Ensured I was satisfied before departure. Will certainly use service again. Got to love their “ghostbuster” or rather “Junk King Buster” truck.
I had to get rid of my belongings and furniture because I’m moving to Hawaii. I also live on the third floor of a building without an elevator (yuck). The team was awesome, they showed up exactly on time and got rid of everything faster than I could have imagined given the constraints. It was also cheaper than I was…

They were fantastic!!! We were able to get rid of SO MUCH!! Items that Good Will won’t take. Cleaning out your house, or getting ready to move, these guys are the BEST!! Will use again, for sure! Literally an 18ft truck load of junk gone. So nice!!!

Thank you Junk King for sending both James and Kennedy today. They were professional and very efficient. Should I need this type of service again I would definitely request these two gentlemen!
These guys are great. Chris and Anthony were professional, fast, and friendly. We called the day before, and they promptly showed up at the beginning of our 2 hour window. The only reason I didn’t rate them 5 stars is because it was spendy.
Kennedy and TJ showed up on time and got straight to work packing up clothing, books, kitchen and bathroom items and a big sofa chair from a studio apartment. (We had removed the good condition items that could be donated already.) Despite charging by volume, they didn't seem to mind having to bag most everything…
I am so impressed by my experience with Junk King! They were available last minute, easy to schedule with, provided clear communication, and were transparent in pricing. Junk Kings was on time, efficient and professional. I did feel they were a little bit expensive, but the junk is gone.
These guys were great. They arrived early, after calling to see if that was okay, and they filled the truck with our junk in far less time than I expected. They were wearing masks and were very respectful of social distancing. I would definitely hire them again.
Thanks junk king! Super responsive and we’re able to quote and pick up on the same day. Super appreciative!
On time, showed what needed to go, they then moved expediently and got everything out to the truck. Nice and courteous all the way through. Will use again if needed.
Firstly, the office got me set up for a next day appointment. Secondly, TJ and Ryan did a great job. They arrived ahead of schedule after calling me for approval. They removed old metal cabinets from a basement location. They had to haul them up a flight of stairs. They cleaned out under my deck and the rafters in…
I highly recommend Junk King. James and Josh handled my "junk" removal in August 2021 and they did so efficiently and with a smile. I also appreciated that they showed up on time. This service saved me so much time, and I thought the cost was reasonable.
Super fast & easy way to get rid of ALL THE JUNK!
Chris and Jose were simply amazing!!! They were prompt, kind, efficient and worked with us on every single detail. I would 199% use this junk service again and would specifically request Jose and Chris!!

Easy to contact and very responsive. If you’re like me and hate talking on the phone nearly everything can be done via…
I had garbage piling up due to trash pickup being once per two weeks. Evan and Jose were both professional and on time and they walked me through everything. I’d recommend them if they have the same issue I had because it’s worth every penny!
Great experience. The two guys worked so hard and were able to quickly remove all of our junk. Would definitely use again.

Ryan and Bradley were amazing. I cannot express how grateful I am to have had such a pleasant and judgement free experience decluttering the manifestation of depression (which I was personally pretty ashamed of) please pay these men more. They left their sweat at my door and I can't thank them for their service enough!
We couldn’t be happier with the Junk King team. Thanks for doing a great job and for being positive and easy to communicate with!
Michael and his partner did an amazing job! They were very professional, quick, and made the whole process completely PAINLESS for me. James and Jose did an excellent job. They were on time, offered a fair price, were fast and efficient. I would certainly call on them again.
The guys called to let me know they would arrive at 4:18. They were right on time. They were nice and professional. The cost was more than I expected. I’m hoping for a good customer discount if we use them again.
Very efficient and professional! They gave notice when they were on the way and they arrived on time and got to work immediately. They removed all the junk - even the extremely heavy planters (filled with soil and rocks) that were very difficult and heavy to move. We are very happy with the service and quality - and…

I paid for this company to come out to a client’s house. When setting the appointment online I noted that they needed an old washer and dryer removed from their basement. As well as a couple of other items. I got a call at 1:45 that they would be there at 2:20 (the window I was given was 12:00-2:00) not a huge deal,…
Excellent service, quick, easy and friendly.
So easy and the guys who came were helpful, polite and fast.
I am moving from a 3 story townhouse to a 500 square foot apartment…needless to say, I have lots of stuff to get rid of! CJ and his team were able to get all my junk/donations collected in about 25 minutes and I didn’t even need to be on site! It was such a relief. Thanks guys!
Josh and Junior were great! They were on time, efficient, and most importantly fast! Highly recommend these professionals!
I had a ton of items to throw out and donate from moving process. I was under extreme time pressure and Junk King came to my rescue. Called them in the morning, within 5-10mins I got them booked to come over in the afternoon and collect the items. They were on time, fast and very respectful. Their quote was very…
Bradley and James were wonderful to work with. I kept adding items at the end as I forgot to show them initially, and they never hesitated and helped me out with a smile. Thank you both for you hard work and helping me de-clutter!
Excellent communication and clarity. Brian and James were professional and efficient. I definitely recommend Junk King…and I rarely write reviews. Really excellent service

Colby and Kirash were nice, clean, professional and removed junk quickly. Thanks guys!
The whole process from beginning to end was very easy and the quote was reasonable and about what I expected from the estimator tool on the website. TJ and Isaiah did a tremendous job. They were fast, polite and professional.
Brandon & Mike were awesome. Would definitely use this firm again.
We used the Junk King online form to request a quote and service to pick up a couch, loveseat, sleeper sofa and recliner from a rental house to be disposed of. The form provided two timeframes the next day to select from, Since we were going to clear out a path for the removal of the items earlier in the day, we…

Great guys very friendly, efficient and professional. Would gladly use this service again.

Great company, honest quotes! The gentleman who came out were rockstars, incredibly professional and worked their butts off. We will use this company in the future and will recommend to anyone who needs this service!
Wish I would have called them sooner! The guys were very friendly and professional. They were on time! I was given a 4 hour window and they arrived in the first 15 minutes. They loaded up a truck full in about 30 minutes. They really made the whole process painless. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to friends.
Third time using junk king, always prompt, friendly, and very affordable! Workers work masks and were super helpful! Will use again!

Great clean up experience. John and Patrick were prompt, professional and friendly. They got my entire garage in an hour. They were clean, courteous and very knowledgeable. I especially like that everything is either going to be donated or recycled as well as hauling away the garbage (which I didn’t really have a…
Prompt, efficient, friendly. Took away our debris in no time! I used them a second time today, always worth the call. Cleared out old household items, tires, etc. Fast and friendly. Also, reasonable rates.
Great guys will use again
I had trouble with the first appointment (no show and no call) but the second was top-drawer! Got two calls prior to arrival, and my team (TJ and Isaiah) was the bomb! Efficient and skilled -- got the big truck up my narrow winding road and very assiduously avoided my low-hanging power/cable/phone lines, phew. Nicely done by everyone -- I would recommend!
Nice and easy junk haul, James and Corey where great
This is my second time using Junk King and they always do such a phenomenal job. The house I am in has a lot of stuff. Something you'd see in the hoarder show. The first time we had a crew of 4 working in the backyard. 1 person I remember, was Morgan. He is funny and very personable. They not only haul your junk,…
Patrick and Jared were the best. so nice and professional. They were right on time and so quick and efficient. I Asked for a card to refer them to others. Great job and thanks for professionalism and niceness. Will never use another junk service again.

These guys were prompt, professional, and so motivated! I loved their energy, I got a call when they were on their way and the whole transaction only took about 10 minutes to remove a large load of recycled boxes from my garage. Very prompt and professional and friendly. I liked the discount for scheduling online!
Two strong men arrived on time and went over and beyond what I ever expected! Not only was my junk removed and my closest cleaned out, but they also blew away all debris away, too. I can not say how thankful I am thank I hired them. The job looks perfect!
John and James were professional as well as empathetic to this old lady and the fact that my husband has Cancer. No judgement just compassion. I higly recommend the Company and their employees. Thank you so so much.
Patrick and Isaiah were on time and did an awesome job of getting things moved out quickly even with very limited ability to park near the site. Thanks guys!
James and Adam were excellent helping remove an old oven, yard debris, a mattress, and random other junk for me and my neighbor Barry K. I highly recommend these guys for the work they did and superior customer service. Thanks!
They were the best. In and out in ten minutes
Couldn’t imagine a better experience. On time, very good communication, easy to schedule, and the job was done thoroughly and professionally. Very pleased with my experience!

They were quick to respond and very accommodating. They worked with me on time and cost and they came out the same day. Best money I've spent in a long time. I will…
After a move in I had a bunch of boxes to recycle, and my neighbors asked me not to use our dumpster for this, so for $248 and a lavish tip, TJ and Isaiah took it away faster than a rabbit! I am thankful!
Great team! Friendly and efficient and they even swept and blew off my back patio for me. Will use again!

This was a great experience. I had major junk that was unfortunately left in the rain. James and partner(sorry) were very professional. They wore masks and needed little instruction. I got an appointment within 24 hours of calling and they got to work as soon as I approved the estimate. As a realtor they are a good…
From start to finish, Junk King Portland has been spectacular. They were always on time, always communicated with me on status, and checked in with me for my plans and/or questions. My "job" for them was a hoarder's mess. One that would qualify to be on the Hoarders TV show. What would take me months to clean out,…
Great quick efficent job!
The team that came to remove our stuff was awesome! They were prompt, professional, and very pleasant to work with. Junk king's process of upfront estimations takes away any sticker shock at the end, very helpful!

I’ve used this service a couple times now, and will definitely be calling them again!
I reserved a self-service dumpster through the national Junk King website, but when the truck arrived from our local branch it was just a regular junk truck. The guys told me the Portland branch doesn't even offer self-service dumpsters! I was pretty disappointed in the mess-up through the website, but Jared and Pat…
Michael and Jordan were very professional and courteous. They were quick and did a great job!
The two folks who came over from Junk King were professional, courteous, and funny! Having never used a junk hauling service before, I did quite a bit of research on our options and am so happy we decided to go with Junk King! Morgan and Devon were great. They quickly filled an entire truck with a sofa hide-a-bed , a futon, 4 mattresses (2 were in the attic) and then quickly filled the rest of the truck with junk from the barns. They were very nice, professional and hard working. I will have them out again for another load before long. Pat H

Super friendly and quick! Great service and very appreciated!!!
I've been struggling being a single mom with some health issues and have been trying to get motivated with what little energy I have to remove junk and clean my place.
