Quiet, quick, careful, on time and respectful of walls and surroundings, super easy to pay. The only suggestion I have for improving is to bring shoe coverings so that the boots and shoes don't risk scratching or smudging hardwood floors and carpet. (They didn't leave any marks. But I would prefer they had shoe…
The two guys were quick and friendly! And the junk is all gone!!!!
Professional, friendly, quick and clean. Used them for years, will continue to do so
Awesome crew. They worked fast. In and out. Too easy. Thank you.
Early to appointment. Very easy and professional service. Thank you!
I had an excellent experience with Junk King. Called ahead of their arrival, punctual, got the job done, and couldn’t have been more professional. Easy. Would absolutely recommend.
Honestly, I was nervous about this task, I had never booked a junk haul before. I thought it was similar to hiring movers with all these logistics to deal with but this was actually so easy to do! I reserved the time online a day before. Steve called me right on time to give me the heads up they were on the way. He…
The piano needed 5 strong men and 1terrific team leader. I was so relieved to finally have my piano removed. And, the team leader (Rigo)(I may not remember his name correctly but he was the man who took payment) was kind and polite and Competent!
I use Junk King all the time. They are fast and professional and there’s never been a time when they couldn’t solve my junk problem. One time, I was cleaning out a REALLY full garage for someone and they brought several trucks and a bunch of people to get it done. The pricing is really fair. This time, I booked…
Fast, easy, helpful and an overall seamless experience! Definitely recommend!
Called me and gave more or less good estimate of timeliness. I only had to get ride of one twin bed and though the work was little, they still accommodated me.
I have used Junk Kings several times over the last 2 years and they have always been friendly, courteous, speedy and pay attention to the details. And they clean up after!!!!
Great price and professional service. Extremely happy with their service. Definitely will use their service again and recommend their service to all my friends!
Great service! Prompt, friendly, thorough, respectful!
100% recommend Junk King San Francisco! The whole process from booking online, dumpster drop off to pick up was so unbelievingly seamless! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. Great price for the amount of junk I had to get rid of. NO HIDDEN CHARGES!! I would totally use their…
Junk King SF is wonderful. I called the company today, on Sunday at 9:30am driving into SF to dump old furnitures and junk from my parents’ house (3bedrooms) in SF. They were very responsive and said no problem to coming over and giving me a free estimate and if the price is reasonable to me then I may have them…
We had a big job and the team came prepared for the day! Multiple flights of stairs and no elevator, heavy items, challenging parking…this team was great! Super professional and very kind. I recommend Junk King SF very highly!
The men were friendly and professional. Very helpful.
I’ve used Junk King’s self-service mini dumpster for my last 4 house clean outs. The driver and dispatch are always on time and they don’t make a fuss if they can’t access the dumpster for reasons beyond my control (aka someone parked in front of then dumpster). Really great customer service and I would use them next time I have junk removal needs.
Efficient and speedy
If there's anything that stood out, it's the great customer service by the team. The Junk King came and provided a non-obligated quote that was pretty competitive with other removal companies in the industry. They were quick and careful about removing the items - something that I can also appreciate above everything…
Easy, quick, and very professional. Will be using these guys for all my junk pickup needs
Removed all the garbage out of our garage. Getting ready to move.
Very good guys. Did a great job. Good price.
they took half a truck worth of stuff out of a storage location for me. very fast
The guys were very courteous and friendly. They were done in a matter of minutes. Would definitely recommend them.
This team is legit. Professional and high quality work. Would highly recommend to anyone in a pinch!
Very quick response time when making an appointment, they also tell you the price right there and then. Super friendly and on time with the removal. Price is reasonable.
Great all around experience!!!
Removed my very heavy sofa sleeper. Were on time and professional.
Had an old, heavy bathtub in the backyard. They arranged to come earlier than scheduled (which was a good thing) and removed it quickly, and for a price that worked within my budget. Recommended!
Professional, explained process, worked quickly. Will use Junk king again next time.
Very polite, communicative, and helpful
They were very accommodating and adapting when they had to deal with torrential rains during New Years to clear my old furniture. Even though the dumps closed early they cleared some stuff and came back for the rest and gave me a very reasonable rate for the inconvenience.
I used Junk King to take a mattress and box spring. They called to let me know their ETA when they were about 15 minutes away and arrived right at the beginning of the appointment window. Both movers were friendly, professional, and quick. Really appreciated the help!
Junk king came out to give an estimate with the guarantee they could do same day service but I didn’t need same day so they came the next day to remove about a 30’ dumpster worth of stuff and cleaned the area as well was very pleased with there service
Very safeties and professional. Thank you for your service
Great experience using Junk King to remove a large couch and some bags of gravel. Super punctual, professional, and very fast. After the job was completed, received a call from their supervisor to ensure all went well with the job.
They are great! They respond very quickly to your requests and their cost is reasonable compared to others. They are reliable, professional and on time!
Friendly, professional and AMAZING. I only write reviews when I feel like the company went above and beyond. The 2 movers were great and I appreciate their hard work a lot. They were willing to work with me on the price and insisted they take everything I needed to be removed. Excellent customer service.
Great communication and amazing service. Thank you!
The guys were professional and did their work promptly and thoroughly.
I'm moving soon and needed some trash gone. The guys who came by were communicative, responsive, and quick. Cost is totally reasonable.
I was very happy with Junk King San Francisco’s services and professionalism. I didn’t really know what I needed done, it was a relative’s apartment which our family had lived in for a lifetime, really. I searched locally and ran across them, and I liked that they handled estate cleanups, as well as trying to be…
A+. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would use again.
The Junk King team was friendly, fast, and professional. I would absolutely use Junk Kings again.
These guys were great! Came out to give us a quote and were able to do the removal at the same time! It was an extremely fair price and quick removal.
Great competitive pricing, arrived on time and finished on time. Will use again for other projects.
The team was available last minute, called and arrived early. Loaded up the truck in 15 minutes and we're gone again.
Great customer service, very professional and hard working employees. I will definitely use this service again. I’m super happy about my experience.
I made an appointment online and they were at my house within 30min, no hassle, extremely convenient, great communication. I can’t recommend them enough. So much better than taking your time and effort to do the job yourself. A million stars!
Carlos and team were early, focused, gave a quick and accurate estimate, I agreed, they carried out furniture, down five flights of stairs, took a microwave, printer, vacuum cleaner, old lamps, small table and a small pillar in about 30 minutes. However, discovered wall damage after they left. Took pix and reported…
The Junk Kings team showed up ready to work. Friendly, professional and quick. Had 5 truck loads of garbage out in 3 hours. Cleaned up on the way out. Got back to my office and had the invoice in my inbox! Super easy!!
Scheduled the appointment via text, got an appointment same day, and communication was great from start to finish. The workers were quick, moved things safely and with confidence, leaving my place cleaner than they found it.
Great experience from Junk King. Had to remove furniture and old office supply equipment and staff were responsive and very helpful getting rid of all the junk. Thank you so much 😀
JK was great. Showed up on time and quickly took care of removal.
They were amazing, the movers were helpful and nice. The service was much better and more affordable than my experience with a different vendor in the past…. Highly recommend
They called in advance, arrived on time and picked up and left in minutes. Super responsive, friendly and efficient. Give them a call!
Did what they said at the time and price they said and no surprises. Nice guys! Great customer service support throughout. Mike SF
Prompt service, between contact and pickup less than 24 hrs. Very efficient.
Nothing but good things to say. They were nice, quick, and professional. Would recommend and use them again in the future.
They arrived within the first 45 minutes or so of the 2 hour window, and they called a half hour before to give us a heads up. Both guys were very nice and took 2 couches out of our tiny apartment and down 3 flights of narrow stairs. The whole thing took about 20 minutes or maybe less. Customer service on the phone…
The guys at Junk King San Francisco are amazing! I highly recommend this company. They were respectful, charismatic, efficient, and clean. The price was great too!
I would recommend this company to my friends. They are amazing.
Prompt. Fast. Efficient. Friendly. Just four words I'd use to describe my experience with Junk King SF. I had just a single old couch to remove, but given this brief experience, I have no doubt I'd use their services again in the event anything else needs removing. Thank you!
Some times you need the junk in your garage to disappear. Junk Kings make it easy. Call up or book online. They come. Junk gone. The guys were friendly and hard working. You pay by how much of the truck your stuff uses up. Very happy!
Awesome service, friendly folks, and incredibly speedy turnaround. Booked a same-day appointment to remove an old couch -- the truck showed up on time, the loadout was fast and painless, and the price was great. Can't recommend Junk King enough for junk removal and general good vibes.
Courteous, gentle, honest.
Good customer service
Junk King was great! I booked online and when I called to reschedule I got connected to a live person right away. From scheduling, to in-home estimate, to removal appointment all employees were friendly, efficient, and professional. Communication was consistent as promised. As a customer service worker myself, I…
Quick and reliable
Scheduling was super easy and they gave an estimate based on what items you needed to have removed I selected 8-10am pick up time. But the day of Junior called and said he wouldn’t be able to make it at the selected time and he gave me a later time. Which I wasn’t happy with but I appreciated that Junior called and…
My, my, MY!! What a great experience!! The two professionals handled every aspect of the job in an exemplary manner. They were friendly and immediately inspected the items to be picked up, gave a reasonable quote which I agreed to, and then they made EVERYTHING disappear!! I highly recommend this company. I…
Rigo’s group we’re on time and efficient. They did a great job for me and my family. Thank you so much!!

Professional and efficient and service. Thank you!
I had a fast, efficient, happy team. The customer service was also very responsive for booking. Everyone answered my questions at every stage. I would use Junk King again.
This company is NOT GREEN at all! To be fair, the guys who came to empty the house were wonderful and happy and very helpful. But I am VERY disappointed in the company because they told me multiple times that they donate and recycle 60% of what they remove and it turns out they threw 100% of everything away. There…
Awesome service, the crew that arrive were quick, efficient, professional and nice! I will definitely use Junk King again.
