Fast and efficient! A pleasure and will call again. Went well above and beyond. Thrilled to reclaim some space!
The two guys were quick and friendly! And the junk is all gone!!!!
Very professional service, removed all the trash from our storage and swept the floor within an hour. Thanks junk King!
They were on time, very efficient and cleaned up afterwards. Very professional.
When they came they wanted to charge us $261, which was too high for the small amount of junk; we told them that and they reevaluated it to $198, which was more reasonable and more in line with the amount of junk! Reliable and quick!
They are the sweetest guys! They took everything out! It's my 6th time using their service. They're very helpful, the gentlemen will call you before they come, and very professional. I recommend this service to anyone that needs to clear out some things and more. It's affordable and efficient! I'll give them a 10/10!! See you guys in 2wks. 💯
Very efficient and helpful.
Very good. There were super job this is the second time I used this company and both time they did a excellent job at my home.
Professional and efficient! Even cleaned up/sweeped afterwards.
The truck driver was understanding of my budget constraints and still did a great job.
I texted a few places found via Google maps and Junk King was the quickest one to respond. Got a quote over text from Ashlie with attached pictures, and was able to get an appointment on the same day (on a Sunday). The price was around the midpoint among all the places I talked to, felt reasonable. The crew called…
Every single aspect of hiring Junk King was beyond expectations. I called on a Saturday, spoke to someone immediately, made an appointment for the next day, the driver was early (after calling to make sure that was ok), the price was great, and they hauled everything away easy as pie. I was amazed at the variety of…
Honestly, I was nervous about this task, I had never booked a junk haul before. I thought it was similar to hiring movers with all these logistics to deal with but this was actually so easy to do! I reserved the time online a day before. Steve called me right on time to give me the heads up they were on the way. He…
I use Junk King all the time. They are fast and professional and there’s never been a time when they couldn’t solve my junk problem. One time, I was cleaning out a REALLY full garage for someone and they brought several trucks and a bunch of people to get it done. The pricing is really fair. This time, I booked…
I called Junk King and they we're able to pick up my items on the same day for a good price :)
I have used Junk Kings several times over the last 2 years and they have always been friendly, courteous, speedy and pay attention to the details. And they clean up after!!!!

100% recommend Junk King San Francisco! The whole process from booking online, dumpster drop off to pick up was so unbelievingly seamless! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. Great price for the amount of junk I had to get rid of. NO HIDDEN CHARGES!! I would totally use their…
The 2 movers were on time, professional, helpful in explaining the price and were courteous. I am impressed and will definitely hire Junk King for my next junk removal and will recommend this company to my friends.
Junk King SF is wonderful. I called the company today, on Sunday at 9:30am driving into SF to dump old furnitures and junk from my parents’ house (3bedrooms) in SF. They were very responsive and said no problem to coming over and giving me a free estimate and if the price is reasonable to me then I may have them…
We had a big job and the team came prepared for the day! Multiple flights of stairs and no elevator, heavy items, challenging parking…this team was great! Super professional and very kind. I recommend Junk King SF very highly!
Great couple of guys—very fast, very cheerful.
Very professional booking process, guys showed up on time, parked in a good spot, were friendly and courteous and got the job done. They did not over-charge—very fair.
I’ve used Junk King’s self-service mini dumpster for my last 4 house clean outs. The driver and dispatch are always on time and they don’t make a fuss if they can’t access the dumpster for reasons beyond my control (aka someone parked in front of then dumpster). Really great customer service and I would use them next time I have junk removal needs.
I liked the same day service. When I showed the men everything that I wanted removed, one of the men quoted me $350.00. When I repeated back the charge amazed at how high it was, he quickly said $250.00. It sounds like there is not a set price range, which makes me wonder if you are being overcharged if you don’t complain.
Efficient and speedy
Great service. Timely. Friendly. Called to confirm. Followed up with an email. Great experience.
Really friendly, professional and quick service! Nice to chat to the guys also
If there's anything that stood out, it's the great customer service by the team. The Junk King came and provided a non-obligated quote that was pretty competitive with other removal companies in the industry. They were quick and careful about removing the items - something that I can also appreciate above everything…
Easy, quick, and very professional. Will be using these guys for all my junk pickup needs
On time, professional. Bill was a little more than quoted however they showed up on time and removed my items quickly and neatly
No complaints! Great service! Your employees were perfectly professional
Fast, friendly, and reliable service. I will definitely recommend and use it, myself, again!
These guys are the pros. Cleaned out 2 floors worth of junk. On top of that this was in downtown SF, tiny elevator, up 6 floors. They did complain once. Handled the removal so quick and professionally. Love the Junk King, and would use them over and over again.
Speedy, efficient and fair price
Very good guys. Did a great job. Good price.

Junk king came out to give an estimate with the guarantee they could do same day service but I didn’t need same day so they came the next day to remove about a 30’ dumpster worth of stuff and cleaned the area as well was very pleased with there service
Great service.
Wow! Junk King did a fabulous job of removing an ancient cast iron clawfoot bathtub from the tight quarters of my basement---around a building support post, snaking through 3 doorways at different angles, and up a short 30" wide exterior staircase to the street. Steve and his partner were professional,…
These guys came in, estimated our space, and cleared everything out the next day. They were wonderful to deal with the whole time, and these guys came in at a much more reasonable price than everyone else and completely CRUSHED IT. Would 10/10 use them again
They came 45 minutes early, then returned later without complaint. They tried to reduce the price as my load was small, but I insisted, which they deserved, on paying their minimum charge. I will use Junk King again.
Excellent on time courteous well mannered nice to work with
Worth the price. Fast and efficient.
This job was for cleaning out an apartment of a diseased friend. The removal team was very professional, efficient and considerate. They were so confident of the pricing that they brought two trucks over and got ready to go before approval. We didn’t have to wait for long. The speed of removal clearly indicates…
These guys showed up after calling and were very professional and fast. Super polite and efficient. I will likely call again. Thanks for taking my junk!
I was very happy with Junk King San Francisco’s services and professionalism. I didn’t really know what I needed done, it was a relative’s apartment which our family had lived in for a lifetime, really. I searched locally and ran across them, and I liked that they handled estate cleanups, as well as trying to be…

Hugo was very professional and efficient. Communications with Junk King couldn’t have been better. Will use them again in the future.
These guys were great! Came out to give us a quote and were able to do the removal at the same time! It was an extremely fair price and quick removal.
Far, far too expensive. Expect to pay $350 or more for a small corner of items about 6 square feet in size.
The guys were awesome! Super hard workers, they paid attention to detail. Very fast, great price.
The team was available last minute, called and arrived early. Loaded up the truck in 15 minutes and we're gone again.

They were right on time and turned around the entire removal in sub 30 mins. Jay is the man
Very professional , on time and quick. I will recommend it to friends
I waited 3.5 hours for Junk King to show up during a two-hour appointment window. No phone call to let me know they were running late. Nothing. I had to call the dispatcher to find out that the haulers were stuck at a job downtown and would not be able to meet me during my appointment window. Total waste of my time…
We had a bunch of old crates used for shelves in the older house we purchased. As well as some pallets/styrofoam/cardboard from various shipping that had stacked up. The crew showed up promptly and was friendly and quick! We even had a nice chat about what plants grow well here.

This is the second time I have used Junk King and as expected, the service was great. I look forward to using them again.
Good customer service
We did have a great experience! The phone communication to set up the appointment was so easy and thorough. We had a misunderstanding when we were informed the estimate visit and removal visit would take place at the same time, and when the removers came they said they could only do the estimate at that time.…

Very quick and efficient. All the hauling was done in 15 mins!
I used this service twice within the past 3 years. First call, they did an outstanding job. They came with a 1/4 full truck, but managed to fit all of my junk. They carried everything down the stairs and stacked them strategically in the truck. I was amazed how carefully they fit everthing in there without damaging…
They accepted the rate offer we had received shopping around. They arrived on time and were very efficient. Thank you.
Fast and courteous service.
Great service. They arrived on time and were friendly and professional. They removed my junk very quickly. Highly recommended.
They were very prompt and did everything we asked. We were given an estimate before any work started. The price quote was fair. The only downside was that they had an earlier job and had filled their truck to 1/3 capacity and had we not decided to keep a few items, we would had to wait for another day to complete…
Great, fast service!
