Junk King San Jose

I have used Junk King a few time already and each time have had great experience. Always On Time and often early, professional and polite. As we all know, when getting rid of our junk it can be embarrassing and they made me feel comfortable without judgment, simply a job to do. They also quoted an approximate but… Read full review

I‘ve used this service twice. The price was cheaper this go around and the employees were quick and excellent. Did the job with ease and were very respectful. They are great! We have used them many times. They are always on time and professional. Highly recommend them.

They were quick, friendly and courteous! Great service!

I love junk kings! They are always on time and go above and beyond.

I've used Junk King on two separate occasions and they have been helpful and quick both times. Both Alfredo and Joseph were great.

Love these guys.

I called Junk- King in, again, to remove the recently accumulated junk in my back yard. They did it in a professional way neatly and swifty. The most important part is they charged a reasonable price. Thanks guys!

Excellent service and so easy to set up an appointment. The guys who show up are fast and friendly. This is the FOURTH time we have used Junk King and we can’t recommend them enough.

Quick and easy way to get rid of my junk. They take certain e-waste too.

Good & friendly, great job

Always the best has not never let me down!

Great service overall. The volumetric pricing is based on an estimate so it could be inaccurate. Could get pretty pricey versus other ways of disposing junk, my friends and family may not be willing to pay that price.

Every time I have hired Junk King San Jose they have done an amazing job!

Thanks for making it easy to get rid of items collecting dust and dirt in my backyard. Appreciate you!

Wonderful service. Loaded really fast and left the space incredibly clean. Better than expected and will use this service again. A great service. I cannont recommend highly enough.

Very good

The team from Junk King is always very friendly and polite and gets the job done quickly, with respect for those things that are not being taken.

They were in and out of my two story condo in like 10 or 15 minutes. Most of that time was spent moving stuff around so they could take my heavy desk downstairs and out. They were a little delayed arriving at my place, but I'm pretty sure it was backed-up pickups from their earlier appointments. And they kept me up… Read full review

We have been working with Junk King San Jose for more than 10 years. They are punctual and their pricing is anmazing and they always clean up. We will continue to use them every time for every junk removal we have.

Amazing they are the best

Professional scheduling and confirmation of appointments. Trucks and crew were efficient and courteous.

I called to get an estimate. The crew came out the next day to provide a quote and hauled my old furniture then and there (plus some extras). They worked very quickly; got my stuff out in about 10-15 minutes. I was very pleased with the responsiveness and the speed to clearing my space. Thank you Junk King!

They were so nice and caring. Moving has been a hassle and they made it easy and the price was good highly recommend

We had a very large pick up when we moved from our home of 52 years. The guys were professional, polite, and very hard working. We have used them many times before but this was by farthe biggest haul.

Luis and his team are absolutely incredible! They are hard working and professional. I've used them twice and would do so again if needed. Thank you guys for your hard work!

Same day service, and two friendly guys showed up. They called to verify and even came a little early. Very polite and service oriented. Will recommend.

The guys that came out both the first time and second time were great. Very friendly. They also commented well. Both with the price quotes, the change in price.( which ended up being lower) as they didn’t utilize as much space as they thought it might take. And also with letting you know they were on the way. First time using a junk removal service and Junk King did not disappoint! They were very quick and efficient. I've already recommended them to family and friends!

Luis and his team were fantastic! Punctual, goes out of his way to make his customer happy!

I would highly recommend Junk King. They called to see if they could come early, but I wasn’t at the pick up sight. Guys were super friendly.

Online booking at midnight setup appointment for 8-10am window next morning. Very quick and efficient process. Pricing was less than other chains. THEY DID IT AGAIN! One of my favorite businesses to deal with.

We've used these guys for years now. Super fast, super clean and they dont nickel & dime you for a mixed load. Pinged them at noon, arrived at 2pm and they were done 20min later. Highly Recommended. Thanks guys!

The team quickly removed 3 loads of junk. They were quick to respond and professional and worked quickly.

Damien and Jessie were polite and very careful of my property and everyone's safety. They were also very quick and efficient.

We had a great experience, called one day and they were here the next. Picked up everything we had with no problems. Alfredo and Louise are both professional and great at what they do.

They came within the window given. Super proffesional, super thorough. Definitely would book and recommend!

I’ve always had a great experience with Junk Kings. They are professional, prompt, and the prices seem reasonable. Pro tip — make sure you have cash. They will usually offer a better price if you’re able to tip them on-the-spot.

Driver called to inform me they would be a little late which I appreciate, particularly when the arrival window is two hours. On arrival, both guys were friendly, professional and quick. They asked me what price would make me happy and we negotiated a fair price. This was second time I've used Junk King & would call again.

Your employees, Nemia, Okusi and Juan, did an excellent job removing a very bulky and heavy sofa that did not easily fit through the doorway. They were very careful to avoid damage to walls and door frames. I was very satisfied with the service and would definitely use Junk King again.

The guys came in, filled the truck to the brim, and done. No problem. Feels a little expensive but the way they eliminated the headache is great. Makes me feel better that everything gets dumped at a recycling center for sorting.

Danny and Tony were great dropping off the container. Very friendly and gave me the rundown on limits and what/whatnot do to. I really like how they put protective padding down so it doesn’t scrap our driveway. Past companies we used didn’t provide the padding. Will use again

Fast, professional and friendly.

The guys were friendly and prompt. I'd use them again for future projects. Thanks a million.

I had a great experience with Junk King! Alfredo, Okuzi, and Danny arrived at our house on time with a 20 min advance notice. They honored their quote that they gave us when they came by earlier this week, and gave us a great discount in comparison to other companies. They came and picked up all the items we asked… Read full review

Quick easy and fast I requested their service the day before and they came out the next morning. Definitely recommend for quick removal of old furniture.

Very professional and on time. Hard workers. Good value. Also, not the stupid 1800 got junk commercials. 😄

It was such a wonderful experience. I had to get rid of 3 seater leather couch with 2 recliners. It was heavy and removing from 2nd floor of my townhouse was challenging but the team did fantastic job making sure not affecting/scratching my hardwood floor and on the stairs. I will highly recommend their service.

Luis and his partner were great. They took less than 5 minutes for about 2 pickups worth of junk. Quick, responsive and affordable. Highly recommend!

The two gentlemen Nemia & Okusi were very nice & very efficient.

Really to do a proper spring cleaning you’re going to need Junk King. All you have to do is see one show of Hoarders to start getting rid of stuff each week. Call Junk King for the big stuff or the little stuff if you want. Let’s face it, it’s not going to fit in those little tiny garbage bins the city gives us. Stay ahead of the Junk with Junk King.

Called to get a couch removed, they said it was $98. I thought that was a good price so I asked them about a few other items. They removed three big pieces of furniture all the cushions and pillows. They arrived promptly and they got all the stuff out and into the truck in about 15 or 20 minutes. Price was good The… Read full review

They’re very professional and organized. Took less than an hour to clear all my junk with no fuss. Happy with their work.

Booked online for a short notice junk pickup. Alfredo came on time and was very communicative about arrival. Very great and professionally service!

Courteous, patient and upbeat. There is more to do here and I plan to hire them again. I cleared out 3 generations of stuff from 1 car garage space and they got it all into 1 truck. The space was about half height full and included a # of cabinets and 2 dressing tables. What a relief!

Alfredo and team was very quick. They were in and out within 30 minutes. They arrived on time and were able to really accommodate.

Very good experience and everything was done promptly and efficiently. Highly recommend

Found these guys last minute. Had to be out of my house in two days. They came through and cleaned my whole house out. Keep in mind I have a two story four bedroom house, it’s a nice size home. They were completely done within six hours. So glad I found them. I highly recommend them if you have junk you need tossed.

The junk kings crew are always so wonderful and get the job done efficiently and effectively. I really appreciate how friendly the staff is and how thorough they are with clean up, check ins, so on and so forth. Always super impressed with the senior staff that comes by smash city and axeventures to help out.

Very happy with pickup, arrived on time, price was fair and they allowed us to remove a few small items and replace w a larger item without charging us more for the change. They took items the city of San Jose wouldn’t, much appreciated 👍

They showed up hours before scheduled pick up. Very convenient

The first time was great- the two guys were so amazing I even rec them to my mom. I tipped them $40 each. The second and third were awful. I cannot expressed HOW INCREDIBLE the quality of this service and the employees are!!!! Legit, surpassed ALL expectations and am looking forward to working with these Kings again ;)

Men were polite, professional & very hard working. Had full truck loaded in under an hour. Cost was very reasonable considering the time & cost if I were to haul off to the dump. Strongly recommend Junk King.

The two gentlemen that picked up our furniture were so friendly. It was the easiest process ever. I will 1,000% use Junk King every time.

They were cheaper than 1-800-Got-Junk, invoice was emailed instead of having to pay cash or wait for the driver with card reader. Highly recommended.

The whole experience couldn't have been easier. Arrangements were made via text. They showed up on time and removed my old furniture quickly. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous.

Shout out to Junk King for there excellent service

The team at Junk King was on point. They were competitive in cost, efficient and professional. Steven, the lead was punctual in their arrival, loading and wrap up. Keep up the great service guys.

The company is great to work with, but I felt a little price gouged, which is the only reason this isn’t a five star review. They gave an initial estimate for $18 to $188. They picked up one, non sleeper, non reclining couch and charged us $118. It’s high enough to make me shy away from using them again, but they… Read full review

Fast response and smooth pickup. Made a stressful situation much easier.

This is third time using them. Crew is very courteous and respectful.

Alfredo and Robert were awesome!!!

Awesome service. Very courteous and professional. Great prices

I have used Junk King before and was impressed with their work. The guys did an okay job but was disappointed that my son had to remind them to put on masks. There is a sign on the front door advising visitors to put on masks because I am immunocompromised. Wouldn't have been a big deal if one of the guys hadn't given my son a dirty look about the request.

Robert and Alfredo went above and beyond for us for our junk removal. We needed to be out of our building and the day I called them they were out the very next morning and cleaned everything out. Amazing service and great price thank you junk kings!

Updating a previously negative review (quote vs final price mixup) since it was quickly addressed and resolved by Kevin. Mistakes happen and I appreciate the willingness to take the feedback and then rectify the situation -- now all the stellar reviews make a lot more sense.

They gave a 2 hour window for arrival and showed up 2 hours after that. I had to call and text a total of 4 times to get an ETA, which was still off. 4 hours of waiting is way too long.

I’ve used Junk King multiple times now and all representatives were punctual, polite and professional. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to remove unwanted items from their home!

They came same day that I called and really helped me out. I am a disabled vet and they took care of everything. Very good value.

I had a time slot for 10-12. They called me around 10am to let me know what time they would be here. They got the job done quick and even took more items than I planned. Good price and easy to set up an appointment!

They took our fire place insert and got it done within 24 hours
