Love these guys.

I called Junk- King in, again, to remove the recently accumulated junk in my back yard. They did it in a professional way neatly and swifty. The most important part is they charged a reasonable price. Thanks guys!

Really your one stop shop for cleaning out a house of old and donated stuff. Terrific prompt and professional service

Excellent service and so easy to set up an appointment. The guys who show up are fast and friendly. This is the FOURTH time we have used Junk King and we can’t recommend them enough.

Quick and easy way to get rid of my junk. They take certain e-waste too.

Good & friendly, great job

The guys who dropped off the bin were friendly and informative. The bin was dropped off and picked up around our schedule. Would recommend this service and this company to anybody in need of it.

Great service overall. The volumetric pricing is based on an estimate so it could be inaccurate. Could get pretty pricey versus other ways of disposing junk, my friends and family may not be willing to pay that price.

Every time I have hired Junk King San Jose they have done an amazing job!

Fast and polite. I believe it was Mike and another fellow. Thanks for the business we’ll be using you guys again in the future.

They always are pleasant and give a good price. They moved everything out that I requested. My team was very personable and very efficient. One item was in a difficult spot and they removed it without damaging anything in the house. The job was done very quickly. I have used Junk King many times in the past.

Our favorite group to work with, timely, professional and friendly.

The two gentlemen that arrived were quick, courteous and very efficient. No damage was done to my home while moving many heavy and bulky items. I will be using Junk King again for sure!

Junk King removed my hot tub on 10/9/2023, they cut the hot tub into four pieces and load them in their truck, they came on time and finish the job quickly, and caused a bit damage on the downpipe gutter, but they repaired the damage a couple of days later, I am happy with the work they did

I was advised I would receive a text message 20 to 30 minutes before the truck & crew arrived. That did not occur. As a result, I felt rushed and ended up skipping an item that should have been placed on the truck. The crew did work quickly and efficiently. I wish I could give a 5 star rating.

Thanks to Luise and Alfredo today for taking care of my junk.

Great experience. Office people were very nice and professional, as were the guys that came to my home. I've been using Junk King for 10 years and will continue to do so.

First time using a junk removal service and Junk King did not disappoint! They were very quick and efficient. I've already recommended them to family and friends!

This could not have been easier! They delivered the dumpster on time. The dumpster size was perfect to get rid of all the junk we had accumulated. Driver called to inform me they would be a little late which I appreciate, particularly when the arrival window is two hours. On arrival, both guys were friendly, professional and quick. They asked me what price would make me happy and we negotiated a fair price. This was second time I've used Junk King & would call again.

I had a garage and side yard full of the collection of time. Team was responsive and courteous. They worked hard and moved quickly.

The guys came in, filled the truck to the brim, and done. No problem. Feels a little expensive but the way they eliminated the headache is great. Makes me feel better that everything gets dumped at a recycling center for sorting.

Danny and Tony were great dropping off the container. Very friendly and gave me the rundown on limits and what/whatnot do to. I really like how they put protective padding down so it doesn’t scrap our driveway. Past companies we used didn’t provide the padding. Will use again

I had a great experience with Junk King! Alfredo, Okuzi, and Danny arrived at our house on time with a 20 min advance notice. They honored their quote that they gave us when they came by earlier this week, and gave us a great discount in comparison to other companies. The crew did great work with a challenging job - carting away big, heavy chunks of concrete masonry stuck together with mortar and rebar. Was able to schedule a next day appointment. The folks arrived promptly, worked quickly and cheerfully. My mass of junk is gone!

I haven't used Junk King for more than 5 years. I sell real estate and my independent hauler has always been a lower cost option. I asked for an estimate on a current project and not only was their price superior, they were super responsive and did a great job. They are now back in my primary rotation of preferred vendors.

Great service. I would use them again.

They’re very professional and organized. Took less than an hour to clear all my junk with no fuss. Happy with their work.

Booked online for a short notice junk pickup. Alfredo came on time and was very communicative about arrival. Very great and professionally service!

Courteous, patient and upbeat. There is more to do here and I plan to hire them again. I cleared out 3 generations of stuff from 1 car garage space and they got it all into 1 truck. The space was about half height full and included a # of cabinets and 2 dressing tables. What a relief!

Great experience. Very easy to book. I just sent a picture of my junk, received a quote, and scheduled a time, all via text message. They were on time and professional. Price was great as well. I will definitely use them again!

The 2 man crew called before they came and showed up when they said they would. They told me the cost of removing my items, showed the list of prices for the items and gave me a discount for the lot. I had NO IDEA it would be so expensive!!! But the city of San Jose free junk truck never showed up when I scheduled a… Read full review

Good service. I would recommend to friends and family. Thank you.

Great guys that helped me move my unwanted junk. I appreciate their hard work

Excellent service, very friendly and professional with reasonable price!

Staffs did not wear masks when arrived on site. Also ignored even when they were reminded to put on. If you concern about Delta variant. You'd better shop for some other service that really care about their customers.

The Junk King crew did a great job removing my old junk. They called ahead to let me know that they would be early and showed up at that time! Within 20 minutes they had all the stuff in their truck . The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Junk King!

Everything about waste king met or exceeded my expectations. I rarely write reviews but they did such a good job I felt compelled to write. Professional, on time, nice to work with and a fair price. It was all there.

They were a little slow to show up, 20 minutes after their 2 hour pick up window. However they were in and out within 30 minutes after basically filling up their truck with my garbage. Excellent service, worth the wait.

Scheduling was a breeze. The service was top notch. Mark and Alfredo was professional and made quick work of an entire garage full of items. Highly recommended and will definitely use again in the future. Thanks!

Great service from beginning to end! They picked up lots of our junk and hauled it away in about 30 minutes. Their price was quite reasonable and was clearly explained before they started.

Always great service. Friendly and fair Robert & Alfredo were awesome!

So we had a lot of stuff, big sectional couch, all the components of our large backyard gazebo, lots of miscellaneous junk from around the house and yards. Piled up four ft high on the curb. They came on time, courteous 1/2 hr heads up, gave some helpful advice which saved us $$$, gave the exact quote I guessed last… Read full review

Alfredo and Robert followed all the protocols - I got a call when they were 7 minutes away, at the beginning of the estimated window. They were prompt, friendly, fast, and ridiculously strong. We will definitely be calling again the next time we need something hauled away. Thank you Junk King!

Fast response, easy scheduling, fair estimates and top-notch professionalism. A deserved shout-out to Mike and Juan, who evaluated, priced and removed a monstrous amount of heavy, bulky, grimy junk in a matter of hours. And they did so with a smile. Junk Kings, you have two quality employees in Mike and Juan, and we… Read full review

My husband and I needed to remove a queen sized mattress since we are moving to a new place. I've used this service twice. Both times were excellent. The crews were extremely professional each time.

I had to reschedule my junk pick up, one twin mattress and wooden frame, because the team did not arrive to my appointment on time. The next appointment I waited from 10am to 1230pm for a pick up. Would have given 5 stars if you guys just show up on time. Like why even give me a 2 hour window when you aren't going… Read full review

They didn't get a clear picture of what needs to be removed at the time when they did the estimate. Next day they blamed me for increasing the pile and added ridiculous amount to the bill. They also picked up some stuff they were not supposed to. Overall the price is too high for that kind of service. Their manager… Read full review
