Customers frequently cite punctuality, efficient labor, and reasonable pricing as key aspects of the service, noting that crews often arrive same-day and handle heavy or complex items professionally. Recurring themes include clear communication and friendly interactions during the removal process. However, some reviewers report dissatisfaction with final charges exceeding initial estimates or difficulty reaching the company by phone or text for scheduling.

Brett and his crew were great! Professional and punctual. They removed our heaps of wood scraps and leaves and went the extra mile of pulling out old wooden deck remains. All in under an hour. The price was very reasonable too. Highly recommend their services.

They definitely are exceptional. My wife hired them on short notice to remove junk from our garage since we were moving and they were phenomenal, fast clean polite I will definitely be calling them for any of my other junk removals in the future and I appreciate that they put us on the schedule quickly. Thank you so much for your hard work.
