Their guys were in and out in one day. Installed new water lines to both water heaters. Did a great job at a great price!!
Our experience was great from the start! Jenna is so kind and helpful when you call to schedule and also very knowledgeable. Blake and Palmer were on time, respectful of our property and efficient. Blake took all the time needed to answer any questions and concerns that I had. We will definitely call in the future if needed.
Team showed up ready to work, took care of the problem quickly and for an affordable price. Above and beyond!
Same day replacement couldn’t have asked for better service
Very happy with the work we had done. We needed a new water heater. They got us scheduled quickly , were very professional, and installed it great. Our water heater is located in an odd elevated spot in the garage. This was no issue for them. Zach and his helper was awesome. Highly recommend this small business for any of your needs
Errol true professional, great technician would be great assist for any business. The company itself is way overpriced on the electric water heater and labor.
I scheduled a water heater installation because they gave me the best price. The job was clean and quick. The plumber was very respectful and educated me on my new installation. I’m very satisfied with my experience.
Nice and quick service! Definitely recommend it!
Had a new water heater installed. After calling and confirming with me, Blake and Ryan arrived 2 hours early and got to work. Because they were early i hadn't cleared the area. They both jumped in and helped without hesitation. Information about the cost and the process was clearly communicated. The install took…
Great service very professional and courteous.
Errol and Zac were excellent. They arrived on time as promised and completed the job quickly. They answered all my questions. The entire company is fabulous… Very customer service oriented. I would use them again for any of my needs.
On time, very pleasant yet professional men. Did great work and will only use them from now forward
SUPER HAPPY! Let's face it, no one wants to have to call a plumber....but if you're ever faced with such, call Justin the Plumber, LLC! Our very old water heat finally gave up and it was time for a new one. Vinnie and Ryan showed up at the scheduled time and we discussed our options, including pros and cons of…
Found a water leak in my water heater drain pan and called Justin the plumber and they were able to send Vinney and Jordan out that same day to give an estimate. We agreed on their replacement cost. They arrived the next morning around 9 and replaced the water heater. Vinney and Jordan were friendly and very…
I had a really positive experience with Justin the Plumber. I needed plumbing for my outdoor kitchen, a lot of work needed, an installation of a lift station and a water heater. The service and professionalism that I received were exceptional. Their employees starting with Jonathan, Zach, Alex and Adam were top…
Vincent came and installed a new water heater for us. He was very polite and quickly installed it. Unfortunately the water heater had a defective thermostat (no fault of theirs and was the first time they ever had a problem) and Vincent came back out and installed another new one which works great. Highly recommend Vinny w Justin’s plumbing company.
