Winter is almost here, and we were thinking back to the Texas snowmaggdon this past February. We decided to harden up our outside faucets – replace what was needed, and make them more freeze resistant. Due to our previous plumbing co becoming less responsive, we decided to change companies. We wanted a plumber that…
Worked in the cold to repair a leaking water line. I'm grateful for their service.
JustUs Plumbing continues to impress. After noticing my hot water heater was leaking, I called to schedule service for the following week. When I called back for help shutting it off, they went above and beyond — coming out after hours on July 3rd to fix it the same day. Their pricing is always fair, and I’ve…
Had a problem with a water shut off valve. I couldn’t fix myself. I walked down the street and saw a plumbers work vehicle about six houses down.(A neighbor) I called the number on the vehicle and lo and behold. A gentleman came walking down the street as one of the plumbers. Kind, courteous and respectful is more…
Just Us Plumbing Absolutely Rocks!!! Kary came out withing 2 hours of initial call for service & got me up & running. He took extra steps to help me & put a ball shut off valve in Garage for Main shut off. Also have them coming to install a new softener next week. Great quality!!! I really wish that kind of…
Great service and speedy response!
Great & Prompt Service. Alex the plumbing tech was knowledgeable with plumbing issues.
They replaced clothes washer hot and cold supply valves and a gas range supply stop in about 2 hours.
Professional. Did a great job. Efficient.
Very Happy with the service provided! They were very quick to respond and provide estimate, and then very quick to return the next day to complete repairs needed. Very satisfied !!
They were great to deal with. They were professional, friendly, and fast. One knock, the price changed from quote to invoice.
Everything was very good.
Amazing Customer Service! I will highly recommend JustUs Plumbing to anyone.
They came the same day I contacted them. I was impressed with their ability to determine the problem and a cost effective solution. I will absolutely use them again in the future.
Water softener setup and reset. Kary is wonderful and will leave info for new buyer to call only him.
Plumber came after end of typical day to repair water pipe leak so that water could be turned back on. This was my first time using JustUs, as the plumbers I had used before were booked more than a week out. Tough to find available plumbers now and many are price-gouging. JustUs was responsive, prompt and…
Stephen came out and repaired a gas leak near our water heater in our new home and installed new valves at our washer without further knowledge. He was professional, courteous, and timely. He showed/explained exactly what he had done after the repair, which was very nice. I would definitely recommend Stephen, and JustUs.
JUSTUS services is incredible. I called and within 30min they came out. Slab leak was detected and fixed in a matter of time. The guys was professional and 😁. I will recommend these guys in the future. Good job Dwayne and guys.
Amazing experience with these guys, they did their job very well; came up with creative solutions and showed that they cared about their outcome. Will absolutely call them back if we need anything else.
I am so grateful to Pam and the team at JustUs Plumbing for many reasons. They helped me with a terrible water line leak, in my front yard. They came out to diagnose and quote the issue the same day I called. Then, they fixed everything the day after I approved the quote. Steven and Devon were super knowledgeable…
We absolutely love Just Us Plumbers. Always Kind and very knowledgeable. Thank you!!
Completely satisfied please read my email reply
Eric was very knowledgeable and courteous. He had a chance to vent my recently installed toilet and I would not have known the difference. Instead he pointed out the problem was something else. He took his time to do thorough inspection and I really appreciated that. If you are looking for good and dependable service. Try this company!!!
My neighbor had met one of the company employees and was told they would send someone over to fix his water pipe issue. I happened to be talking to my neighbor when Roy with JustusPlumbing came by to fix his pipe and said he would look at my issue after he finished. He completed my neighbors issue and looked at…
Christopher and Eric did amazing job! They always updated me in a simple way what they were doing respectfully. Everyone that I talked to including Pam in the office, were helpful even to the point of getting me same day appointment. I will always support this company, Veteran owned and I myself as a veteran will always be on your side. Thank you.
I had a leak on a PEX pipe that occurred during the freeze in February. JustUs was the first place available to come out and fix the broken pipe. The plumber on-site did not have any straight connections to repair the pipe, so 90 degree connections were used. When my general contractor came to do the repairs, I was…
Kary was friendly and knowledgeable. He was quick too. I’ve used Just Us Plumbing for a few times now and they did not disappoint. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing repairs. Their prices were reasonable! Great Company overall!
Courteous and knowledgeable staff, I appreciate the service and professionalism.
Those guys are extremely professional! We highly recommend them! They had to redo our water heater because another company did a horrible job. This winter was horrific and these guys came through ASAP and we got all our pipes fixed, water was up and running in no time.
We thought we made it through snowpocalypse without any water issues but after everything thawed we noticed a huge bulge under the sod between our neighbors house and ours. We eventually figured out it was a leak on my side on the main line coming into the house. We were worried about foundation integrity and had to…
Had a pipe burst just like everyone else who lived through the Texas deep freeze. Just Us came out within 24 hours despite being unbelievably busy. They found the leak in the wall, fixed it, and helped us understand the extent of the damage and made recommendations for next steps. Would 100% use them again.
Fixed my busted pipes from the freezing weather, and I couldn’t be more grateful to have water after almost a week of being without. Thank you so much for helping me out so quickly, and for being so friendly and kind. Much appreciated!!
I give only 2 stars because the service was way over priced. They did fix the leak, they did come out promptly on a week end. $600 for a simple replacement of a leaky flex tube. It took them less than 30 minutes to fix.
They responded to an emergency. We had a broken pipe which necessitated cutting off the entire water supply. This happened late evening and could not be fixed until next day. I called several local plumbers the next morning who could not help. I found this company online and they responded within 3 hours. They were…
Great job, thanks for your help. Will call again when in need. Eric did a great job today, very professional.
Amazing personal service. Got the job down for a realistic and affordable price. Very friendly and they stand by their work!
Just us plumbing services did a wonderful job finding and fixing a difficult outdoor leak for my house. They came on time and worked hard to finish the job the right way. Highly recommend their services!
Absolutely a great company and excellent people. Jase and Dustin were extremely professional. Would recommend this company highly!
This was by far the best experience I've ever had with a plumbing service. Eric was friendly and professional. He explained everything he was doing to my understanding. I know who to call if I ever need a plumber again!!!
Justus Plumbing provided prompt and excellent service! From the first person that answered the phone to the friendly plumber that completed the work, all were top notch. The text updates were reassuring that everything was on track. Thanks for making a stressful time more manageable.
