JustUs Plumbing

They showed up for the estimate. But, then that was the last I heard from them. Never got an estimate. Not surprised really. The guy who came never took any notes. He took a few photos with his phone on a couple things I wanted done, but not on several other items. So, not sure I would have trusted them anyway. At… Read full review

Our hot water needed to be replaced and Just Us Plumbing gave us an honest and fair quote. They were able to work with my schedule to do the replacement the same day. The technicians were friendly, professional, and clearly explained the scope of work completed.

Great job of installation!

I love Justice Plumbing and I use them over and over again as a realtor, property manager, and Airbnb owner. I’ve even used them on large remodels and they do not disappoint. For 10 years they tried to convince me to put in a new water conditioner softener on my hard well water. I finally did and it was the BEST… Read full review

Winter is almost here, and we were thinking back to the Texas snowmaggdon this past February. We decided to harden up our outside faucets – replace what was needed, and make them more freeze resistant. Due to our previous plumbing co becoming less responsive, we decided to change companies. We wanted a plumber that… Read full review

Friday afternoon and the water heater goes out. Called JustUs. 20 minutes later they were here. They drained the water heater, removed it, and installed the new unit. A very professional installation. Customer experience with both plumbers rates a 10. Thanks gentlemen.

Rapid Service Response. Complicated issue involving water supply line break at the elevation of my concrete foundation was successfully resolved with minimal demolition to my home structure. Tried this company basis a referral from my neighbor and will keep them at the top of my list of plumbing service providers.

Worked in the cold to repair a leaking water line. I'm grateful for their service.

They are great to work with! Very professional and careful work, and great service even for warranty repair.

Chris and his helper did a great job and done the same day.

I had a leaky water heater that needed to be replaced quickly. I called the Best at Justus Plumbing within 3 hours it was replaced and making hot water. Thank you Team Justus Plumbing.

Did an awesome job on installing new water heater. Very friendly answered all my questions I had. Great service all around

Chris worked hard in extreme heat to make sure everything was installed correctly. I appreciate his diligence and professionalism!

We called in JustUs Plumbing Services when we had a mysterious leak (we were notified by the city of Round Rock that we were losing 75 gallons/hour) which turned out to have been caused by a previous company working on the foundation who broke a copper pipe that led to the front hose bib. It was challenging to find… Read full review

When our water heater went out, JustUs was there the next day. They quoted us a fair price for a tankless water heater. They communicated through the whole process so we would know what to expect. It works great. We have used JustUs a few times now for various jobs and they are great every time.

I called JustUs plumbing because my water heater had an electrical issue (4pm). They are friendly and very helpful as it was found to be under warranty. The water heater was installed the next morning. Thank you.

Dwayne and his team have been amazing, they are really responsive and helpful on all levels , and solved our problems as fast as they could. I would firmly recommend if you want to work with honest and professional people.

On time, on budget, and professionally done.

Plummer was very professional, knew what he was doing and fixed the issue with ease.

Our water heater leaked and caught fire. Our home warranty company was not helpful. After 2 weeks with no water in our house, they told us it would be another 6 weeks if we didn't get a smaller unit. I called Just Us plumbing at 8am, by 11am, they found options for me and were at my house by 2pm. Ended up paying and… Read full review
