Friday afternoon and the water heater goes out. Called JustUs. 20 minutes later they were here. They drained the water heater, removed it, and installed the new unit. A very professional installation. Customer experience with both plumbers rates a 10. Thanks gentlemen.

Rapid Service Response. Complicated issue involving water supply line break at the elevation of my concrete foundation was successfully resolved with minimal demolition to my home structure. Tried this company basis a referral from my neighbor and will keep them at the top of my list of plumbing service providers.

When our water heater went out, JustUs was there the next day. They quoted us a fair price for a tankless water heater. They communicated through the whole process so we would know what to expect. It works great. We have used JustUs a few times now for various jobs and they are great every time.

I called JustUs plumbing because my water heater had an electrical issue (4pm). They are friendly and very helpful as it was found to be under warranty. The water heater was installed the next morning. Thank you.

I called at 4 pm and they came out the same day. They determind the leaking water heater had to be replaced. The water could be left on overnight because the pan drained outside. The next day the replacement was installed. The communication was excellent. Call or text when inroute with an ETA.

The quality of their work is excellent. I've hired them twice before. This time they charged me more than I was quoted for toilet repairs. They also said they would flush the water softener system they installed for me last year, but they failed to perform the work.

Great service from JustUs Plumbing! We had to turn off our water due to a significant leak in our water heater. They replaced it for us the same day we setup the appointment. They were also extremely accommodating when we had a mix up regarding a rebate. Would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work in the central texas area.

They were able to provide a quote the same day we called. Explained our options beforehand and then provided a walk through on the new unit. Honest and upfront about pros, cons and maintenance. Very helpful with excellent customer service. Highly recommend for your plumbing needs!!

Those guys are extremely professional! We highly recommend them! They had to redo our water heater because another company did a horrible job. This winter was horrific and these guys came through ASAP and we got all our pipes fixed, water was up and running in no time.

My water heater was over 20 years old and out of code. When I noticed it started to leak, I called JustUs plumbing and they came out the same day to take a look at it. Needless to say, it needed to be replaced. They came out the next day in the cold rain and got the job done. They were friendly and professional staff. Highly recommend them.
