They showed up for the estimate. But, then that was the last I heard from them. Never got an estimate. Not surprised really. The guy who came never took any notes. He took a few photos with his phone on a couple things I wanted done, but not on several other items. So, not sure I would have trusted them anyway. At…
Our hot water needed to be replaced and Just Us Plumbing gave us an honest and fair quote. They were able to work with my schedule to do the replacement the same day. The technicians were friendly, professional, and clearly explained the scope of work completed.
Great job of installation!
I love Justice Plumbing and I use them over and over again as a realtor, property manager, and Airbnb owner. I’ve even used them on large remodels and they do not disappoint. For 10 years they tried to convince me to put in a new water conditioner softener on my hard well water. I finally did and it was the BEST…
Winter is almost here, and we were thinking back to the Texas snowmaggdon this past February. We decided to harden up our outside faucets – replace what was needed, and make them more freeze resistant. Due to our previous plumbing co becoming less responsive, we decided to change companies. We wanted a plumber that…
Friday afternoon and the water heater goes out. Called JustUs. 20 minutes later they were here. They drained the water heater, removed it, and installed the new unit. A very professional installation. Customer experience with both plumbers rates a 10. Thanks gentlemen.
Rapid Service Response. Complicated issue involving water supply line break at the elevation of my concrete foundation was successfully resolved with minimal demolition to my home structure. Tried this company basis a referral from my neighbor and will keep them at the top of my list of plumbing service providers.
Worked in the cold to repair a leaking water line. I'm grateful for their service.
They are great to work with! Very professional and careful work, and great service even for warranty repair.
Chris and his helper did a great job and done the same day.
I had a leaky water heater that needed to be replaced quickly. I called the Best at Justus Plumbing within 3 hours it was replaced and making hot water. Thank you Team Justus Plumbing.
Did an awesome job on installing new water heater. Very friendly answered all my questions I had. Great service all around
Chris worked hard in extreme heat to make sure everything was installed correctly. I appreciate his diligence and professionalism!
We called in JustUs Plumbing Services when we had a mysterious leak (we were notified by the city of Round Rock that we were losing 75 gallons/hour) which turned out to have been caused by a previous company working on the foundation who broke a copper pipe that led to the front hose bib. It was challenging to find…
When our water heater went out, JustUs was there the next day. They quoted us a fair price for a tankless water heater. They communicated through the whole process so we would know what to expect. It works great. We have used JustUs a few times now for various jobs and they are great every time.
I called JustUs plumbing because my water heater had an electrical issue (4pm). They are friendly and very helpful as it was found to be under warranty. The water heater was installed the next morning. Thank you.
Dwayne and his team have been amazing, they are really responsive and helpful on all levels , and solved our problems as fast as they could. I would firmly recommend if you want to work with honest and professional people.
On time, on budget, and professionally done.
Plummer was very professional, knew what he was doing and fixed the issue with ease.
Our water heater leaked and caught fire. Our home warranty company was not helpful. After 2 weeks with no water in our house, they told us it would be another 6 weeks if we didn't get a smaller unit. I called Just Us plumbing at 8am, by 11am, they found options for me and were at my house by 2pm. Ended up paying and…
They provided quick response time and courteous service with plumber keeping me informed of progress. Would definitely recommend them in the future.
The guys are very knowledgeable and are willing to go above and beyond the scope of what is scheduled. They came out to hook-up a water softener, and while doing so, noticed a leak coming from the water heater. They explained our options, and we moved forward with replacing the unit. They even pointed out some poor…
Dwayne Justice was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a freat job.
Stephen was awesome! Dependable, great value, quality work.
We absolutely love Just Us Plumbers. Always Kind and very knowledgeable. Thank you!!
I called at 4 pm and they came out the same day. They determind the leaking water heater had to be replaced. The water could be left on overnight because the pan drained outside. The next day the replacement was installed. The communication was excellent. Call or text when inroute with an ETA.
The quality of their work is excellent. I've hired them twice before. This time they charged me more than I was quoted for toilet repairs. They also said they would flush the water softener system they installed for me last year, but they failed to perform the work.
Wonderful, kind, best place
Kary came out on time very professional this is my plumber for life The first impression is always the best impression customer service was amazing.
Great service from JustUs Plumbing! We had to turn off our water due to a significant leak in our water heater. They replaced it for us the same day we setup the appointment. They were also extremely accommodating when we had a mix up regarding a rebate. Would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work in the central texas area.
They were able to provide a quote the same day we called. Explained our options beforehand and then provided a walk through on the new unit. Honest and upfront about pros, cons and maintenance. Very helpful with excellent customer service. Highly recommend for your plumbing needs!!
Excellent company. I called at 7 AM this morning and I have a new water heater installed by 1:30 PM. Amazing. One of the most efficient companies I have ever worked with. They're very professional and arrived exactly when they said they would. Took a while to get it all put together with all the new water heater…
I used Just Us Plumbing on my rental and personal residence after the 2/15/21 Ice Storm. They worked effectively and efficiently. I could not be happier. I will use their services in the future. Eric- you were awesome!
Those guys are extremely professional! We highly recommend them! They had to redo our water heater because another company did a horrible job. This winter was horrific and these guys came through ASAP and we got all our pipes fixed, water was up and running in no time.
I called JustUs Plumbing not knowing what was going on with my water heater because there was a loud beeping sound that I couldn't get to stop. Naturally I started to panic. I called and because it was after hours the messaging system asked to text my info if it was an emergency so I did and within minutes I got a…
JustUs Plumbing, a local plumbing company in Round Rock, Texas did a fantastic job replacing my water heater. I originally requested a tankless. After removing the water heater, Jarrod determined I wasn't a candidate due to the construction of my home. He didn't try to upcharge me and suggest new gas line…
With a slow leak, I had time to research water heaters and plumbers. I contacted four plumbers and three called back. One from Angie’s List was $1,843 more than JustUs Plumbing and the other was $200 more. I know I got a better water heater than I would’ve gotten at a big box store and a good and fair price for…
I literally heard the installer outside on the phone laughing about how they was getting over. Highway robbery, no integrity at all. One of the things that I didn't appreciate was the labor. It took a total of 2 1/2 hours to complete the job. I was originally quoted $1100 for labor because the equipment was under…
My water heater was over 20 years old and out of code. When I noticed it started to leak, I called JustUs plumbing and they came out the same day to take a look at it. Needless to say, it needed to be replaced. They came out the next day in the cold rain and got the job done. They were friendly and professional staff. Highly recommend them.
After discussing with Eric about the leak issue, I decided to get a new water heater to replace my existing unit. The installation went well. Your team has done a good job. Thank you very much. I would highly recommend your company to whoever needs your service.
Service was excellent. They arrived on time, diagnosed the problem with my water heater and replaced. Fair price for the service.
Duane and his team are outstanding. Very responsive and professional. Will never use another plumber. Have used them three times now for various repairs with exceptional results.

Their service response is very good as is their work. I was quite pleased and will be using JustUs in the future for all my plumbing.
