JustUs Plumbing

JustUs Plumbing took incredible care of us, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Alexander and Karson are absolute pros. Dwayne was super helpful and very honest. He did everything he said he would and went above and beyond. They were knowledgeable, thorough, and worked with the kind of confidence that… Read full review

I love Justice Plumbing and I use them over and over again as a realtor, property manager, and Airbnb owner. I’ve even used them on large remodels and they do not disappoint. For 10 years they tried to convince me to put in a new water conditioner softener on my hard well water. I finally did and it was the BEST… Read full review

Was able to get to my house within 2 hours of a major hot water heater leak.

Very fast and friendly. I called them when my water heater expansion stank developed a leak that began flooding (to use the term liberally) in my garage. They had a technician at my house and the expansion tank replaced within 3 hours. This was at 5:00 PM after coming home from work to find water all over my garage… Read full review

They are dependable and so timely. Love their service.

. Very prompt courteous and professional and very honest on pricing ! Thank you for your service ! Just Us Plumbing !

Rapid Service Response. Complicated issue involving water supply line break at the elevation of my concrete foundation was successfully resolved with minimal demolition to my home structure. Tried this company basis a referral from my neighbor and will keep them at the top of my list of plumbing service providers.

Water heater stopped heating the water. Tried to relight but it didn't work. JustUs arrived and showed me how to do the relight with additional insights to make sure the water heater stays lit. Very cordial visit and very professional.

We had Alexander come out the next day when our gas control valve died on our water heater. They picked up the phone the night before and got us scheduled in. He called told me a rough price, picked up the part and got our water heater going again very quickly. end price was pretty much dead on. Thank you guys for getting us back up and running.

Alexander was on time, gave us a fair estimate and did a great job in fixing our plumbing issue. Will recommend Justus especially if you are in a pinch like we were last weekend

Omni

Awesome service! Will call again for plumbing needs.

He didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. He was knowledgeable on time. Service was excellent and fast. Much appreciated.!!

Dwayne was great, returned my call right away, Chris and Roy came out to install a new hot water heater. They did a fantastic job

I noticed water coming out of the white elbow pipe outside of the side of my house again. Once again, there was no water in the pan. I called JustUs Plumbing since they replaced my water heater and water softener in February 2020 and in February 2022, they replaced the first TMP valve due to the same issue. The… Read full review

Eric was honest, knowledgeable, and courteous, determining that our water heater issue was an electrical problem. It was a pleasure working with him!

Friendly quick service!!!

I called JustUs about a slow non-urgent leak in my HW heater in the late afternoon. They came to my home about an hour later to assess the situation and ultimately gave me a reasonable quote to replace it. And they performed the work first thing the next morning. I really appreciated their responsiveness, clear… Read full review

Stephen came out and repaired a gas leak near our water heater in our new home and installed new valves at our washer without further knowledge. He was professional, courteous, and timely. He showed/explained exactly what he had done after the repair, which was very nice. I would definitely recommend Stephen, and JustUs.

Completed all in a timely and professional manner.

Great work

They provided quick response time and courteous service with plumber keeping me informed of progress. Would definitely recommend them in the future.

Excellent service and do a great job of educating you on how to maintain your water heater.

I called at 4 pm and they came out the same day. They determind the leaking water heater had to be replaced. The water could be left on overnight because the pan drained outside. The next day the replacement was installed. The communication was excellent. Call or text when inroute with an ETA.

Eric was very professional, efficient, and personable. I appreciate the promptness of service, he came within the first hour of the time window.

JustUs Plumbing was very professional, explained things thoroughly, and were very reasonable.

First the technician was great, but the billing was terrible. I received the part from the manufacturer and it took the tech 20 minutes to replace the part and they charged me $353.00. Why to use the Texas storm to jack up the prices!!!!

Very professional and efficient at figuring out the issue. Will definitely recommend.

I give only 2 stars because the service was way over priced. They did fix the leak, they did come out promptly on a week end. $600 for a simple replacement of a leaky flex tube. It took them less than 30 minutes to fix.

Eric was very knowledgeable, friendly, and thoroughly explained the work that needed to be done. He fixed the issue.

Can't say enough good things about my experience with this company. Great service at a reasonable price. Roy was an outstanding tech and very personable. I'll definitely be using them for any future plumbing issues. Thanks for taking such great care of our home and our family.

Jarrod replaced our leaking water heater and shower faucet. He was prompt, informative and fair. JustUs will be our go to plumping service from now on! Thanks Jarrod!
