I have lived in Wayzata my whole life, and have been coming to JUUT since I was 6 to get my haircut, which turned into coloring, eyebrow waxes, massages, everything under the sun. I’ve only ever gotten my eyebrows waxed here, and I am 32 now, so nearly 23 years of being a very regular customer. Hundreds of services done over the years at this location. I am an elementary school substitute teacher, and today, I had an eyebrow wax scheduled, that I called to reschedule 3 hours in advance because I was also called in to school and asked to work. I understand that the time of the aesthetician and the stylists are important, but I was told over the phone that I was going to get charged 50% of my $85 eyebrow wax for not showing up to my appointment. I called as early in advance as I could, and I understand the need for cancellation fees, but the lack of understanding for my particular circumstance, combined with the fact that I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars at this location was so, beyond insulting. To be financially punished for being a teacher in this day and age is certainly a choice on management’s part. After 23 years, I finally have to find a new salon to get my eyebrows waxed at. I never thought the day would come.

Karima is quite literally the best person EVER to receive a blowout from. I had never been to JUUT before and so was nervous to get a blowout from a new stylist. Karima was so energetic and personable and knew exactly what to do after showing her a reference photo. She genuinely gave me the best blowout I’ve ever had in under 30 minutes. She added so much volume and perfectly executed what I was looking for. It was actually insane how perfect she made my hair in such short time. I’ve never been so confident just from my hair in my life.

I did the keratin hair treatment about a week ago. I followed all the instructions given to me to get good results. Unfortunately after washing my hair 3 days later, the treatment barely did anything. My hair is still frizzy and dry. I was very disappointed since i have been wanting to get this done for a very long time.
