Good service. My color is perfect if it is washed out after 30 minutes. Often another client is squeezed in and my color sits in for 45 or more minutes and that's when it turns out too dark.

The stylist added the gloss without asking me- I did not request that add on, she left hair coloring on several places on my face- she didn’t bother to try to take it off. Kyle is a wonderful colorist and so easy to be with. I love Juut and they squeezed me in on my birthday which I am grateful for. The only bummer was they told me it would be 150 on the phone and it was 185. That's a pretty big difference for me. I'd try to be more complete about the cost of the services in the future.
