My state return was deposited no problem. Federal on the other hand, somehow was messed up because she didn’t update the current account number. When we were reviewing it, I told her that it was the wrong account, gave her (again) the updated account number, and was told “oh no problem I’ll change that real quick.” Turns out it was a problem because I filed them in mid March and still haven’t gotten them back and it is almost September. When I called to ask if anything can be done, they were unwilling to help.

Stay away from this agency unless you want to loose money.Ttthis is a follow up from yesterday. I contacted the IRS.They said they never received my 2020 tax return from this agency. Guess what she sent the wrong years. She never filed 2020. I left a message on her phone.lets she if she does the right thing.i will keep everyone abreast of this issue
