Great service
I have the year long service for continuous maintenance - and when this issue popped up Kapture came with in a week to address the cave cricket issue that has recently appeared. They are communicative, professional and super helpful. Matthew was excellent and here's to hoping the end of the issue!

I'm in month two of a one-year contract with Kapture Pest Control ($85/month), and I am very satisfied so far. I chose them after spending a year with Viking Pest Control, which I did not renew — I wasn't pleased with their performance from the start, but I was locked into the contract. Kapture has been a completely different experience. The performance and the knowledge of their technicians really stand out. My technician, Melvin, was excellent — friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. Victoria, the service rep who signed me up, was also friendly and extremely pleasant to talk to. They've earned this review, and I highly recommend them.
