Unfortunately, I had to delete my last five star review so I could leave this one for Justin. An amazing visit today and he went in to all of the nooks and crannies of the house that I’ve never even been to! There have to be words stronger than meticulous and comprehensive. 🤷‍♂️

They took care of the ants in the basement. They applied several different treatments very carefully. After the treatment, I haven’t seen any ants since. So I’m happy with the result! 👍🏻

I would recommend this company to friends and family as the sales rep Matthew was very knowledgeable about the services. Brandon was our exterminator and he was very nice and answered all of my questions. They came twice already and I'm very satisfied with the services provided.

I met John and Lucy from Kapture and I appreciated how they took the time to explain the benefits of their pest control services in comparison to other companies that were more invested into financial profits than environmental safety and customer satisfaction. So far, I have no complaints.

Alphonso arrived on time and assured me that the products he was going to use were safe for children and pets. He was very professional and explained what he would be doing in detail. I would definitely recommend Kapture Pest Control.

I recently moved to service contract with Kapture having used them for a one and done about two years ago. They are responsive and don't mind questions. In fact, for this company, listening and responding is what they do. They are effective and professional. Are they the cheapest out there? Don't know, but their service is worth it.

This technician showed professional demeanor in listening to our concerns, explaining what he planned to do, and recapping once he was done. We've already recommended this service to others. Prior to engaging Kapture we had not heard of the company but we are sold on using them for future treatment should we require same.

Kapture has been great. They are coat effective and you see results quickly. If the problem persists they come back. I have the contract and it is completely worth it.

I get service a few hours after I called, Rodney was our service guy , he did an inspection to identify the problem then took the necessary steps.
