Kapture Pest Control

Daniel arrived first thing in the morning and addressed the ant problem. Though they all went into hiding ... he checked all the areas and treated as needed.

Great service thx

Finally, a pest control service that actually gets results. We're in a retail store with lots of food, meaning lots of opportunities for pests to thrive. After wasting years with another company and nothing to show for it, Kapture has finally gotten the mice, ants, and roaches under control. Chris, the tech that's… Read full review

Kapture Pest Control has been fantastic to work with! Mark was so friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Matt M. was fantastic! He was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. I was happy to have him at my home!

Unfortunately, I had to delete my last five star review so I could leave this one for Justin. An amazing visit today and he went in to all of the nooks and crannies of the house that I’ve never even been to! There have to be words stronger than meticulous and comprehensive. 🤷‍♂️

They took care of the ants in the basement. They applied several different treatments very carefully. After the treatment, I haven’t seen any ants since. So I’m happy with the result! 👍🏻

I would recommend this company to friends and family as the sales rep Matthew was very knowledgeable about the services. Brandon was our exterminator and he was very nice and answered all of my questions. They came twice already and I'm very satisfied with the services provided.

Justin DeAlba was excellent. kind, patient, professional, knowledgable, easy to talk to, and well informed about the issues. He explained things to me, answered all my questions, and gave me a lot of confidence about the inspection.

This company’s business practices are unacceptable. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough to warrant it. I scheduled an ant remediation service, provided my credit card in advance, and expected the appointment to be honored. The day came and went—no technician, no phone call, no text, no… Read full review

I met John and Lucy from Kapture and I appreciated how they took the time to explain the benefits of their pest control services in comparison to other companies that were more invested into financial profits than environmental safety and customer satisfaction. So far, I have no complaints.

Alex did our routine summer insect pest treatment…well done. He was a good listener and worker.

Matt Lovino is awesome and so professional! Does a wonderful job of communicating with me on everything. Leaves a detailed message on everything he does and things he notices and take extra effort to help in those areas too. Wonderful company to deal with and to top it off, ALL PROBLEMS ARE SOLVED!!!!! HIGHLY RECCOMEND KAPTURE!!!!!

Jordan is pleasant, knowledge and patient. Good guy

I must say Anmul my rep put me at ease when he gave me his presentation of the company and what they are about. He made it seamless to transition from my old pest control company to Kapture. Today was my first service visit with Kapture. When Chris my service technician arrived at my store he was well put together… Read full review

Steven was kind and took the time to explain everything in detail, which really helped me understand. I really appreciate all his effort to get rid of the bees, even on such a hot day.

Victoria in Customer service is great Technician Juan was great! They give you full information about the process they are doing in your home so I truly liked that and The ants are gone!

We had a swarm of carpenter bees and ant infestation…they came promptly, reasonably priced, service is solved, and Brandon was knowledgeable, able and had patience to all my questions and was pleasure to have to house. Definetely my GO TO COMPANY! 👍🏼😊

The best pest control company to date. Kaylee was fantastic with answering all of my questions and signing me up. Her knowledge, enthusiasm and honesty won me over. The prices are great and I’m so happy to become a part of the Kapture family. They Kaptured (captured)me!!!

Kapture pest control has been my go-to service for the last four years. They are punctual, attentive, friendly and always provide stellar customer service. Unlike competitors, they are not selling services for a ridiculous price then hiking up the fees a year later. The service has been consistent, fair and of… Read full review

I recently moved to service contract with Kapture having used them for a one and done about two years ago. They are responsive and don't mind questions. In fact, for this company, listening and responding is what they do. They are effective and professional. Are they the cheapest out there? Don't know, but their service is worth it.

Joe was extremely professional and courteous, as are all of the Kapture technicians that have provided services at our home.
