I have the year long service for continuous maintenance - and when this issue popped up Kapture came with in a week to address the cave cricket issue that has recently appeared. They are communicative, professional and super helpful. Matthew was excellent and here's to hoping the end of the issue!

As always, great service. Bryan called when he was on the way, rang the bell before he started, answered my questions and told me what he was going to do. He also rang the bell when he was finished and explained the treatment. It doesn't matter what technician comes, they are all great.

Justin was very thorough, personable and gave great advice for prevention methods on our end of things. He was respectful of the house and animals. He even found a hidden wasp nest!

I am very please with the service Brandon De Saliva provided. Beccause of the constant rain, I was invaded by mosquitos. Due to this invasion, I was unable to sit on my back porch. Unfortunately, I had to delete my last five star review so I could leave this one for Justin. An amazing visit today and he went in to all of the nooks and crannies of the house that I’ve never even been to! There have to be words stronger than meticulous and comprehensive. 🤷‍♂️

We have been using Kapture since we moved in and it’s been wonderful! Today Dillon did our tick & mosquito 🦟 treatment and was terrific! He explained what he did and offered tips for best prevention and what to remove for wasp nests and mosquitoes. Thank you Dillon, much appreciated your expertise.

They took care of the ants in the basement. They applied several different treatments very carefully. After the treatment, I haven’t seen any ants since. So I’m happy with the result! 👍🏻

Would not recommend this company for bug control. They sprayed my house 10 days ago and I have bugs everywhere in the house. When you call, they'll tell you to call to have them respray the house. I'm paying to have a service that gets rid of the bugs in my house - not to babysit a company and call them every other week to do a better job

Melvin came as scheduled and addressed all the inside issues regarding the mice traps and bait boxes and followed up with an outside inspection. Kapture techs are all great but Melvin was the best so far..super friendly and thorough, THANK YOU !

I met John and Lucy from Kapture and I appreciated how they took the time to explain the benefits of their pest control services in comparison to other companies that were more invested into financial profits than environmental safety and customer satisfaction. So far, I have no complaints.

Alex did our routine summer insect pest treatment…well done. He was a good listener and worker.

Matt Lovino is awesome and so professional! Does a wonderful job of communicating with me on everything. Victoria in Customer service is great Technician Juan was great! They give you full information about the process they are doing in your home so I truly liked that and The ants are gone!

Melanie was very thorough and found a Wasp nest beneath a second-floor window. We rely on Kapture as they have great technicians.

I have been with this company for 2 years and I LOVE them. They get it right every time.

I recently moved to service contract with Kapture having used them for a one and done about two years ago. They are responsive and don't mind questions. In fact, for this company, listening and responding is what they do. They are effective and professional. Are they the cheapest out there? Don't know, but their service is worth it.
