I love this company. They respond very quickly when I have concerns re: rodents, insects etc. I have used this service for several years and know that my home . Nathan answered my questions and concerns regarding rodents on my property.

Daniel arrived first thing in the morning and addressed the ant problem. Though they all went into hiding ... he checked all the areas and treated as needed.

Justin did a very thorough job in removing 3 wasps' nests at my parents' house. It was a real problem because they were just outside their front door. My poor 91yo dad was stung several times and had to go to the ER twice in one weekend! Thankfully, Justin removed everything, then inspected and treated the entire exterior of their home.

As always, great service. Bryan called when he was on the way, rang the bell before he started, answered my questions and told me what he was going to do. He also rang the bell when he was finished and explained the treatment. It doesn't matter what technician comes, they are all great.

Finally, a pest control service that actually gets results. We're in a retail store with lots of food, meaning lots of opportunities for pests to thrive. Matt checked the vent where I heard scratching. He didn’t find anything but treated the area in case there was a returning visitor. I was pleased and would recommend Kapture Control. Quick service too!

We had our first meeting with Aviva from Kapture to have them service our new warehouse. Aviva was exceptional. She ran through the entire process which was really clear and she setup the first appointment next week. Can't wait to continue to work together!

Justin DeAlba was excellent. kind, patient, professional, knowledgable, easy to talk to, and well informed about the issues. He explained things to me, answered all my questions, and gave me a lot of confidence about the inspection.

Nathan at Kapture is a real pro. He came, inspected, set traps and bait, and sealed a hole where mice were entering. A week later 7 traps were tripped and we had 6 dead mice. No bait was even disturbed, indicating we got them before they even ate. Since then no activity that I can discern. praying this is the end of a years long issue.

The technician seemed to be very thorough, polite and answered all my questions!
