Very efficient, arrived on time and did what he had to do.

I love this company. They respond very quickly when I have concerns re: rodents, insects etc. I have used this service for several years and know that my home . Nathan answered my questions and concerns regarding rodents on my property.

Justin did a very thorough job in removing 3 wasps' nests at my parents' house. It was a real problem because they were just outside their front door. My poor 91yo dad was stung several times and had to go to the ER twice in one weekend! Thankfully, Justin removed everything, then inspected and treated the entire exterior of their home.

Nathan did a good job on solving the wasp problem and he explained everything well. Two weeks later he came back to check the result. He is very well mannered and professional.

We had a hornet nest issue and they came out right away to treat. We started seeing results within a few days. They came back for a rpt treatment and the hornets are practically gone. Very courteous and professional. Would recommend this company to family and friends.

All around great experience. Called on a Saturday and they were there by Tuesday. Haven’t seen a wasp since, very pleased, definitely recommend and will use again if needed.

Great experience with Kapture Pest Control and Terrence. It was raining but he was able to still put insecticide in granular form. And he was very responsive when I asked him to put more granular insecticide around the property, he did it.

Kapture Pest is a responsive and effective pest management company. They are professional, prompt and successfully eliminated our pest issue. We had wasps nesting on the exterior or our home. The technician provided a thorough inspection and quickly took care of the issue. He even returned to ensure it was addressed completely to our satisfaction.

Excellent customer service from the first phone call to the technician coming to our home. The technician did a full inspection of the property and got rid of our huge wasp nest in the ground by our pool! I highly recommend Kapture for your pest control needs!

The technician showed up on time despite the occurrence of a thunderstorm 45 minutes earlier. He was polite and professional. He quickly addressed the problem (a large next of yellow jackets in a foundation wall). I would use Kapture Pest Control again if needed.

I will always use Kapture for my business! We had an issue and they came the same day to fix it. Since then we have them come monthly and they have helped with everything from ants to bees. Dylan is the best, always professional and on time and can deal with any issue!

Each time I’ve used Kapture Pest Control to help combat pest issues, I’ve been more than satisfied. Though they are not miracle workers, they are very courteous, professional, and diligent in their work.
