Had to give them the highest rating for solving my "cricket" problem alone. I can regain my sanity!

Justin did a very thorough job in removing 3 wasps' nests at my parents' house. It was a real problem because they were just outside their front door. My poor 91yo dad was stung several times and had to go to the ER twice in one weekend! Thankfully, Justin removed everything, then inspected and treated the entire exterior of their home.

Very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions

I met John and Lucy from Kapture and I appreciated how they took the time to explain the benefits of their pest control services in comparison to other companies that were more invested into financial profits than environmental safety and customer satisfaction. So far, I have no complaints.

Brandon was very pleasant and professional. He explained the whole process to me in a way I could understand. The whole process took less than a half hour. Very satisfied with his work

Making and adjusting my appointment was done efficiently. Justin came within time frame and explained everything before doing his work. He was pleasant, informative and a good worker. Contract was expensive but they are living up to the terms —taking care of two pests so far in the year.

John and his staff are the best! When we were "stood up" on our initial visit by Orkin in September of 2020, we immediately searched for another exterminator that evening to assist with a mouse issue as well as silverfish. I saw the excellent reviews of Kapture and decided to take a chance on using them. After the… Read full review
