what ever the tech did - 2 thumbs up - we went from seeing mice to smelling mice *for a few days - then we haad the funeral and threw out the bodies. :)

We just began using Kapture 2 weeks ago. Matthew has been to our home twice and made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. He knowledgeable and courteous. My wife feels better and safer now that we are on a yearly plan with Kapture.

We called Kapture and they came out the very next day. And Melvin our technician was awesome. He showed me where everything was and explained everything and made the process seamless.

Today was my first experience with Kapture Pest Control, and it was excellent. The technician who came to perform the extermination took the time to explain each step before beginning the work. Unfortunately, I had to delete my last five star review so I could leave this one for Justin. An amazing visit today and he went in to all of the nooks and crannies of the house that I’ve never even been to! There have to be words stronger than meticulous and comprehensive. 🤷‍♂️

I met John and Lucy from Kapture and I appreciated how they took the time to explain the benefits of their pest control services in comparison to other companies that were more invested into financial profits than environmental safety and customer satisfaction. So far, I have no complaints.
