We just began using Kapture 2 weeks ago. Matthew has been to our home twice and made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. He knowledgeable and courteous. My wife feels better and safer now that we are on a yearly plan with Kapture.

I met John and Lucy from Kapture and I appreciated how they took the time to explain the benefits of their pest control services in comparison to other companies that were more invested into financial profits than environmental safety and customer satisfaction. So far, I have no complaints.

This company is very professional and responsive. Javier, Steven, Mitchell, and Nathan are excellent technicians. They are very thorough and explain things well. They checked out anything I had concerns about.

The technicians are knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

Nathan at Kapture is a real pro. He came, inspected, set traps and bait, and sealed a hole where mice were entering. A week later 7 traps were tripped and we had 6 dead mice. No bait was even disturbed, indicating we got them before they even ate. Since then no activity that I can discern. praying this is the end of a years long issue.

After 1-2 other companies claiming they would ride our yards if rats but with zero success, Shawn came along from Kapture and really cared about our situation, he promised results and actually delivered!! I recently moved to service contract with Kapture having used them for a one and done about two years ago. They are responsive and don't mind questions. In fact, for this company, listening and responding is what they do. They are effective and professional. Are they the cheapest out there? Don't know, but their service is worth it.

I had a pest problem and called kapture. They were very cordial and came immediately. Dylan and John were very knowledgeable and explained what had to be done. I will always use Kapture for my business! We had an issue and they came the same day to fix it. Since then we have them come monthly and they have helped with everything from ants to bees. Dylan is the best, always professional and on time and can deal with any issue!

Each time I’ve used Kapture Pest Control to help combat pest issues, I’ve been more than satisfied. Though they are not miracle workers, they are very courteous, professional, and diligent in their work. He spent time listening to all the concerns I had, looking over all the potential problem areas and explaining in detail what needs to be done. We are very satisfied with his service.

Kapture Pest has been great in helping with my mouse infestation. I moved into a new house with a MAJOR mouse problem, and after about only a month the issue was resolved. Our technician Justin is super friendly, kind and helpful, and the whole team has been great to work with.
