We had an issue with our bathroom toilet and faucet. We were able to get a convenient appointment. Scott did a great job diagnosing the problem(s) and what was needed for the repairs/replacements.
Have used Karlsen several times and have always been pleased with their work. The plumbers are personable and always explain what they are doing.

Used them twice now, I’m not entirely happy with the repairs done. Both times, the leaks weren’t fixed completely.
