Katie was amazing to work with. We hired Katie for our wedding. We were really looking for a photographer that was joyful and good at what she does! We also went into our wedding very prayerfully asking who do we ask/hire and we came across Katie, being Christians we really wanted to make sure that God was at the center and all the way around. Katie helped us with that goal with photographing our Bible and our unity ceremony and we suggesting things like a group prayer. She helped us from the very beginning of planning too helping us understand how much time it takes for certain types/groups of people; family vs wedding party. I would highly recommend Katie for anyone looking for a photographer and she will be my first to ask if we need another photographer.

We had the most amazing experience with Katie. We got married August 2023 and she was a wonderful calming presence, and so fun and sweet. She was great throughout the planning process—she didn’t bombard us with emails but she was always responsive and she provided helpful tips! Katie gave us the most beautiful wedding photos. Katie was an absolute joy to work with for our engagement photos and our wedding day! We highly recommend her. What we love most about Katie’s work is that we feel like our truest selves in the photos. It’s simply us, and Katie captured us so well. She pivots quickly and effortlessly (like when we decided last minute to move photos outside because the weather ended up being gorgeous!). Another reason we love Katie is her attention to detail. She was always making sure my dress looked perfect and captured some moments that I would have forgotten about or missed, like getting to greet one of my vendor friends for the first time that day (see picture). Katie’s systems for communication, payment, and all the technical things was totally effortless too. We are so happy with our photos and would hire her again in a heartbeat!

Katie is so wonderful to work with, she was supportive throughout the entire wedding planning process, she is the absolute sweetest human you’ll ever meet! Taking photos can be a bit awkward at times and we were nervous that we would look awkward/unnatural. But Katie made us feel very comfortable and made it a fun experience that we will always cherish! She truly captivated our wedding perfectly, there wasn’t a moment that was missed! Her photos speak for themselves of her talent! We are in love with our engagement and wedding photos and are so thankful to have them for a lifetime! 🤍
