Fantastic customer service. Fantastic work. They always check on me after having work done. Wouldnt take my truck anywhere else. If you have car trouble. Take it to them. They will call and explain whats going on before they tackle the problem. 5 stars.

Kevin and his crew always do excellent work. I have known him and his family for many years and trust their opinions, their service, and their friendship. I’ve never had an unpleasant experience there and know they are always welcoming and easy to work with. If you need a place for auto repair, you won’t find a better one!

I had called around to different places here in Jackson. KB's was able to get me in relatively quick. The repair was a fair price from what I've seen. The shops also clean which is a nice plus.
