I highly recommend Kelly's. No one wants pests, but they do happen and Kelly professionally/expertly handles them. I've had carpenter ant issues and recently a black beetle infestation. She's was right there helping us through. Bye-bye nasty pests. She's very responsive and a true expert. Excellent value - small price to see the pests gone.

Roberta got in touch with me within just a few hours of my leaving her a voice message. To my astonishment, she said she could come the next morning. I mentioned having a meeting from 9:30 to 10:30 -- she showed up shortly after 10:30. Very professional, very efficient, thorough explanations. Couldn't be happier.

The people at this company are polite, punctual, knowledgeable, and just good to be around. The service they provided is cost-effective and very professional. I have no complaints and would not hesitate to call them again, if the service was ever needed in the future.
