I’ve had Chris replace 2 spigots now and he’s be absolutely great to work with! Very nice, very fair and as honest as they come. Both times, he’s been up front about worst case scenario options for our projects, but then made each one work under better circumstances resulting in less cost to us. You won’t get the run around AND get top quality to boot!

I got home from work only to find dirty paper towels that they used on my counter, they left the old garbage disposal in a box on the floor, they left the old faucet in a bag w all the dirty pipes on my kitchen floor where the old faucet leaked all over my floor. I have2dogs that could of gotten into the dirty…

We have used Ken's service in the past for clogged drains. Today I called about an issue with a faucet and I was politely helped over the phone to resolve a clogged aerator. No charge for the call, and the gentleman saved me the cost of a service call. Much obliged to the folks at Ken's Sewer Service!
