Ken's Sewer Service

Came out quickly and fixed the problem! Will use them again

I have been working with this company for many years and they never disappoint. I connected with Ken's Sewer Service 8:00am on a Saturday requesting service. They were on-site within a few hours and had the issue resolved a few hours after they arrived. They were very knowledgeable, communication was EXCELLENT and… Read full review

It was wonderful that I had a repair person out the same day that I called for an appointment. George was prompt, efficient, wiped up the floor near the drain, gave me advice on drain cleaning and on a product that alarms if the water is rising. I am very satisfied.

We agreed on a price. Moved stuff. He drilled for along time then came to tell me it was taking too much time, needed more $$. I’m a senior, I protested. All of a sudden he said he had finished and left without putting anything back for me! Won’t use again.started ok, ended poorly

They had great pricing, came out on time, was friendly and got the job done. Will definitely use them again for my next sewer cleaning.

Fast, clean, job well done!

Excellent response time. Figured out what was needed, explained in terms that I could understand, reamed out sewer line.

Prompt response and good communication. Very Happy with Service

I had a main drain back up and called Ken's right away the next morning. They had someone at my house within 4 hours and he was open honest and extremely clean, careful and took care of my issue quickly and for less then I was expecting to pay. He explained the situation to me clearly and what steps might come… Read full review

We have used Ken's for over 30 years for the annual cleaning of our sanitary service line. They are always prompt and courteous. Recently, at my request and at no cost, they reviewed a video of my sister's sewer service and recommended another contractor who replaced her sewer service for her. This is service at its best.

Everything was great. Got here right away. Serviceman did a great job

Ken's could not be more responsive. They were on the job within an hour, were knowledgeable and experienced.

Craig was very professional and very knowledgeable.

Great service, got it all cleaned out!

Great service. Came when we needed them and George was pleasant and did a good job.

They showed up promptly to an emergency, worked reasonably quickly, made smart recommendations and were pleasant and friendly. They did everything one could expect, which is increasingly unusual these days.

Great people and very professionals. They replaced my sewer line at very affordable price. I highly recommend ken’s for your plumbing work

I have been using Ken's for over 15 years. Always reliable, affordable and available in emergency situations. Highly recommend.

Marcus showed up a few minutes early, (better than late), introduced himself and I explained the issue. He explained the options, his limitations, determined the cause and rectified the problem. He cleaned things up well, was courteous, and explained the billing. It was a job well done. Rick S
