Emmanuel and Eduardo did an excellent job of installing a new floor in my greenhouse which required extensive leveling. They really went above and beyond to make sure the floor was the way I wanted it. To other women who may be looking for subcontractor help, Randy was very respectful of my questions when he came out to give the quote, so I think you can trust him. He communicated well. I'd also like to add that Randy does not put a surcharge on top of the cost of supplies which can be a big area of financial discrepancy (other quotes included an automatic 10% on top). My only suggestion would be if you need to make a change in the initial project, make sure you get a pricing update. This is a wise step with all subcontractors. I will definitely use Kennedy's Construction again. They will be who I call first.

Thank you, Nan, for the thoughtful five star review and for highlighting Emmanuel and Eduardo's work in your greenhouse. We will pass your kind words on to them, and we are glad Randy's respectful communication and transparent approach to supply costs helped put you at ease. Your tip about getting a pricing update for any project changes is excellent advice and something we encourage all clients to do. We appreciate your trust and look forward to being the first call for your future projects.
