It’s hard to put into words how amazing Karl is to work with. Our property had been sitting on the market for over two years, and we were on the verge of losing it to the bank. We were losing hope, but Karl stepped in and went above and beyond to help us get it sold.
He connected us with people to clean out the property and personally spent hours helping us get everything ready for open houses. He recommended a realistic price, and we ended up selling right around that number.
Throughout the entire process—from open houses and negotiations to inspections and the final walkthrough—Karl kept us informed and never left us wondering what was happening. When we felt like giving up, his confidence and reassurance meant so much to us.

I have been involved in real estate to one degree or another for approximately 25 years. I have never had a better business relationship than I have had with Kennerly Properties. Over the last 13 years. I have purchased multiple properties, rented out and flipped them with Kennerly assisting in the most professional manner in all other those areas.
Karl, the President, helped me in every phase with no details missed. Whenever a renter has any issues Karl had the vast majority resolved the same day, or within 24 hours. Having Kennerly manage my properties was the best business decision I have ever made. I always knew things would get done in an expedient matter. This is truly a case of a business going way above and beyond my highest expectations. If anyone out there has any questions I would gladly share my experience further.

We just listed and sold our second property with Karl Kennerly. He along with his team are the best! Karl and his team were AMAZING! We were referred to him through a friend and from the very first meeting we felt excited and comfortable with using him as our agent. He is very knowledgeable from all his experience as a realtor and how to approach the listing for the best outcome. He, along with his team, do extensive research on all the properties whether buying or selling. Karl worked hard to get us the best offer for our listing and did a great job with helping us navigate through
all the offers to decide on the best one since we had multiple offers within 2 days of initial listing. His guidance allowed us to accept something way over our initial list price and then he turned around in the same crazy market to negotiate the house we were purchasing to get it under the seller's list price! I would recommended Kennerly Properties, and have referred friends already, if interested in buying or selling. They are there every step of the way and even after we closed on the new property they were checking in with the crews we hired to make sure everything was moving smoothly.

We came to Karl on the recommendation of several people, and he impressed us right away—punctual and well‑prepared with a comprehensive analysis packet. Over the years he has kept our property almost entirely occupied with tenants who have strong income and credit, and we were able to return their full deposits after two years because they were such respectful renters. As an out‑of‑state owner, I often forgot I even owned a property in Dallas; Karl and his team made everything smooth and effortless.
