As long as I’m in Philly I’m go to Ken’s for auto services. I always trust their word and work for my car. Inspection, repairs, oil changes, they get it done and do it well. The koi fish make for a nice surprise.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Dropped the car off at 11am told us to come back around 1:30-2pm. Came back and they did not start it until we arrived. Ken’s Auto was great! I just registered my car from out of state so I took it in for an inspection and an oil change, and they had everything done before noon. Great communication and kind employees!

We've been here several times but I can't leave multiple reviews. Thankfully we have only needed maintenance and inspections and they are great for all of it. Scheduling, drop off and pick up are seamless, everyone there is professional and friendly, and they do great work. Thank you!

The mechanics are very good; these guys really know what they're doing. I've used them on a number of occasions and Ken even set up my dash cam, something I wasn't able to do.

Ive been taken my car to this guys since before the pandemic. They are nice, professional, always on time… they dont overcharge! I will continue working with them and highly recommend them.

I took my car to Ken's for an oil change. I dropped it off at 9am, and it was done by 12:30. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the price was as promised verbally by phone the week before. Happy with my experience, and I recommend Ken's if you need service or inspection.

I came here for an inspection and an oil change. Dropped my car off in the morning and it was done by 11am! None of the employees were condescending or rude and I wasn't pushed into getting anything done that wasn't necessary. The pricing was fair. I will definitely be back for my inspection next year.

These guys are great! It's easy to make appointments, the service is quick, efficient, and reasonably priced, and they're a very personal bunch. I trust them completely with my car.

Fantastic service in a timely manner. This was my not first time using them, and will use them again. I came to them after I was almost scammed by another mechanic. Quick, simple and to the point. I even heard words I *never* thought I’d hear while getting my car tended to: ‘it’ll be fine until your next oil change.’ They’ve got a new fan for sure. Update: still the best.

Did a great job with my rear brakes the first time I went. I’ll be going back to have them work on the front brakes. Great place, good people and they even fit me in for my last minute oil change need.

Most recently just got my oil changed here and it was quick and went smoothly. They had previously helped me when my catalytic converter was stolen. They got me in right away and helped throughout the process. Very good communication. Would definitely recommend.

I have been going to this place for years. They work with you and tell you everything upfront, including cost breakdown. I've never felt like they were trying to con me. In fact, they gave me different options for tires and let me decide without feeling pressured. Honest business.

Had a very positive experience at Ken's. My car was finished when they said it would be and at the price I was quoted. They did not try to upsell me on any services or try to talk me into serviced I didn't need. I will use Ken's again in the future!
