Outstanding service
Got my truck towed over for not starting. Issue was quickly resolved. Communication was great and all costs were clearly presented with no surprises. This is the only place I will be taking my truck for service from now on! 10/10
I have been taking my car to Ken’s for almost 10 years and have never been disappointed with their work. Pricing has always seemed reasonable. They are very clear with the breakdown of pricing and work to be done on the invoice, which they always send over after diagnostic and before continuing work or ordering…
Very friendly, efficient, honest (doesn't suggest repairing things that don't need repairing, fair prices
Very friendly and competent team. Reasonable prices and quick turnaround.
The service team was extremely attentive and helpful. They addressed my problem quickly and had me back on the road.
The mechanics are very good; these guys really know what they're doing. I've used them on a number of occasions and Ken even set up my dash cam, something I wasn't able to do.
My go-to place for all my car needs. Everyone here is so kind and communicative (and funny). I have a quick and smooth service every time I come.
Thank you. Terrific service again!!! I found a flat tire so i went over to Ken’s. The tire was looked at and plugged immediately within the hour so i could be on my way. Efficient and friendly.
Ken’s Auto really did their thing. Straight up Scotty and Psy are top-tier service writers. They kept it real with me, broke everything down so I understood what was going on with my vehicle, and didn’t give me the runaround. Communication was on point, timing was solid, and the whole process was smooth. You can…
Excellent service as usual
After coming here for 4 years for their overpriced and deceptive services, I'm taking my business elsewhere from now on. Granted that I don't know much about cars, I initially trusted the highly rated google reviews on this place since they seem to be run by honest people who are trustworthy. I really should've…
Yesterday my second time coming here, the first time was great! That mechanic was amazing and helpful. This second time around the staff at the front desk were rude / dismissive. I called ahead in the morning for an oil change & they said they had time to take me. They proceeded to take 5 hours to complete it. A…
Always as promised and reasonable price. Friendly too. Timely and convenient for Center City.
The guys at Ken's ROCK! First, it's fun to walk into the place. The guys at the front desk and friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. You'll get an appointment quickly and their excellent work is done on time, at a reasonable cost. No job too small, no problem too big. It's a no-brainer: go now!
I’ve been going to Ken’s for the past few years now and don’t have anything negative to say. These guys are awesome, always easy to communicate with and they’re great at taking care of my car needs.
Ive been taken my car to this guys since before the pandemic. They are nice, professional, always on time… they dont overcharge! I will continue working with them and highly recommend them.
Really great service, people are super nice!! Do a great job with car and price reasonably
Great auto shop! Always helpful and informative with their work and and any questions I've had.
The person that work on the front counter service is bad
Quick service, fair pricing, and cool, friendly staff
Love this place! Only spot I’d go in the city. Always have been great to work with.
Super good. Honest, superb work, huge savings, and funny
As always, great service, good people. And very quick turnaround.
I have been going to kens automotive since 2019. They are trustworthy, honest and helpful. As long as I live in Philadelphia I will use kens to service my car!
I have been going here for years and they are always the best! Quick responses and efficient work, always doing a great job. Highly Recommend
Consistently honest, knowledgeable and friendly. I feel zero hesitation recommending Ken's auto to my friends and family.
They did a great job with the inspection and were very clearly about any issues that came up. Very reasonable prices and excellent customer service. Highly recommend for anyone in the area!
Fantastic service. Transparent dealing, timely service and fair price. So much better than the big chains like Midas. A special shout out to Karwai who helped me patch up my tyre quickly and completed the state inspection seamlessly without wasting any time.
I always go to Ken’s auto for my services and annual inspection. Friendly and efficient service without upselling. Pragmatic not pushy on their recommendations. Highly recommend
Chevy went in for just an inspection, rolled out of the garage with plans to take it to Ken’s only. Great service, great prices, can’t beat that in downtown Philly.
Through all my decades of driving (long time) Ken’s Auto, remains my best auto repair experience, ever. A friend and her husband, referred me to Ken’s. I’ve been using Ken’s Auto, close to 10 years. He’s honest, has integrity and does excellent work!!! He kept my old Nissan running for 20 years and I never, ever had…
I have been going to this place for years. They work with you and tell you everything upfront, including cost breakdown. I've never felt like they were trying to con me. In fact, they gave me different options for tires and let me decide without feeling pressured. Honest business.
I’ve used Kens multiple times and every time they’ve been great, fixed the issue, nothing unnecessary, fair pricing.
I’ve been going to them for routin maintenance for over a year and the service is exceptional every time. They are knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I recommend them.
Top tier Car company very fast, reliable and gets your car back on the road same day.
Service courtois et rapide. Sy est très frendly. Merci
Straightforward, honest guys. Helped me out with my car that the dealership sold me in bad shape and were up front about everything and checked in to see how things were going. Definitely coming back here with whatever car I get next...and you should, too.
Patched a tire speedily. Great price!
Kens Automotive provides excellent service! They removed a screw from my tire and patched it for me. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.
They definitely tried up charging me on a suspension and new tire because I was pressed on time. (2k total from a 500ish estimate). Then the leopard arm sleeve guy tried covering it up by telling me the old salesman line of “I left my other job because it was unethical there” (out of nowhere lol). Took my car to a…
Ken is the most honest and knowledgeable mechanic I’ve ever been to! He will always try to save you money whenever possible.
I’ve been taking my 2007 Toyota Prius to Ken and his amazing team for the many, many, many years I have owned this car. When I first purchased it, I was a newly single mom who just moved to Center City and did not have very many people that I could trust, let alone someone in a field notorious for dishonesty. In…
