As long as I’m in Philly I’m go to Ken’s for auto services. I always trust their word and work for my car. Inspection, repairs, oil changes, they get it done and do it well. The koi fish make for a nice surprise.

The service at Ken's Auto is great. They're organized, reliable, friendly, competent -- and not out to fleece you. I recently asked for an oil change because that's what I do every six months. But they said I wasn't due for one because I hadn't driven the standard 3,000 miles between oil changes. I highly recommend these guys.

Ken’s Auto was great! I just registered my car from out of state so I took it in for an inspection and an oil change, and they had everything done before noon. Great communication and kind employees!

Went in for a Tesla state inspection. I was able to schedule an appt online. Their system gives you automated reminder messages both before and after which were helpful. I dropped my car off at around 9 and was able to pick up later in the afternoon. Good customer service and price. Would recommend. Will go back to them in the future.

Quick service, fair pricing, and cool, friendly staff

I came here for an inspection and an oil change. Dropped my car off in the morning and it was done by 11am! None of the employees were condescending or rude and I wasn't pushed into getting anything done that wasn't necessary. The pricing was fair. I will definitely be back for my inspection next year.

Fantastic service in a timely manner. This was my not first time using them, and will use them again. I came to them after I was almost scammed by another mechanic. Fantastic service. Transparent dealing, timely service and fair price. So much better than the big chains like Midas. A special shout out to Karwai who helped me patch up my tyre quickly and completed the state inspection seamlessly without wasting any time.

Chevy went in for just an inspection, rolled out of the garage with plans to take it to Ken’s only. Great service, great prices, can’t beat that in downtown Philly.

Most recently just got my oil changed here and it was quick and went smoothly. They had previously helped me when my catalytic converter was stolen. They got me in right away and helped throughout the process. Very good communication. Would definitely recommend.

I have been going to this place for years. They work with you and tell you everything upfront, including cost breakdown. I've never felt like they were trying to con me. In fact, they gave me different options for tires and let me decide without feeling pressured. Honest business.

Had a very positive experience at Ken's. My car was finished when they said it would be and at the price I was quoted. They did not try to upsell me on any services or try to talk me into serviced I didn't need. I will use Ken's again in the future!
