I had a great experience with Killeen Plumbing. Specifically, Cylis and Ciani did a great job replacing my hot water tank and putting in a new main to the street. That was something they weren't expecting coming into the job, either, but were able to get that installed so I had hot water today. They got here on…
Very good communication between company and customer
We asked Killeen to come give us a second opinion on repairs needed for our sewer line. They were referred to us by multiple neighbors! Dan was their tech and he did a great job explaining our options and answering our questions. He even helped snake two huge root balls that were stuck in our line. The company…
I had a plumbing emergency that required a same day appointment. Other contractors were giving me dates 3 to even 10 days out, which was astonishing to me since I had water actively flowing out of a pipe in my laundry room. So, I called Killeen. They were here within 2.5 hours of my call. ANDY and ANDREW were…
Killeen is my go-to plumber. They are always friendly and efficient. John and Aaron came by to knock out a list of things for me and provided another S-tier experience.
Killeen plumbing is a amazing company with fair prices and they are the only plumbing company I trust. Andy their plumber is a super nice and detailed guy. He does great work and makes sure his work is right the first time. Andy is always willing to do additional tasks beyond the oringal quoted job. A++++++
Always reliable, friendly and professional. I’ve used them many times and will continue to do so. It’s always been a good experience with reasonable prices.
I have had Killeen Plumbing do a number of plumbing jobs over the years and they are by far the most professional, efficient and skilled contractor I have ever worked with. They may not be a super discount plumber, but you get what you pay for, and I’d rather have the work done right the first time!! Thank you
This was my first time using Killeen Plumbing and I was very impressed with the entire experience. I contacted them for a sluggish toilet and blocked bathroom drain and although I could have attempted to tackle fixing the issues myself, I wanted an experienced and reputable company to handle the job. I chose Killeen…
Killeen has serviced our home for two years and provided a range of services, from installations to checks to repairs and more. They are prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and just generally speaking great to work with. Today Alex helped us out with a few concerns related to our kitchen faucet. Not only was he able to…
Today Alex, from Killeen Plumbing came out to repair a small leak in a line in our basement & another leak from the Moen kitchen pull down hose. Alex arrived promptly with the most friendly & professional attitude - he fixed the small leak quickly. He was also nice enough to order a new hose for us from Moen…
Killeen came out and arrived on time. They were courteous and professional. If you're looking for a plumber there is no reason to go with anyone else. A had other businesses that weren't in the plumbing trade recommend these guys. Later I found out they also went to a friends house and repaired his plumbing. He was…
Alex fixed a slow draining tub. Found another issue and explained it and wrote up an estimate for a future repair. He was professional, on time and patient with my questions. Would recommend.
Killeen Plumbing did a great job of repairing the issues we had on a house that had been empty for years. They responded right away and under circumstances that could be described at the very least as “unusual”. My family appreciated their responsiveness and professionalism. They listened to all our concerns and…
Terry was my plumber. Could not have been more pleasent, Cleaned up after himself, I would not hestitate to call them again if needed. It's hard to find a reasonable plumbing co. that services condos. Could not be happier.
Have used Killeen to install 2 hot water tanks, a couple faucet installs, and a gas heater in the garage over the year. They always show up on time, do professional work, clean up, and are priced fairly. You really can't ask for more than that.
We’ve used Killeen Plumbing for 20yrs. Simply the best. High quality meticulous work, professional and personable, punctual and thorough. They’re finishing a complete bathroom makeover - beautiful work that meets my extremely high standards. Special recognition to the dream team: Cory, Tony, Matt, and Andrew.
Jody in the office was an excellent communicator. She was prompt to call and update us. After the first plumber came out and saw it was not an easy fix (pipe punctured by a nail in baseboard on slab floor) and that we had turned off our water main, Jody was quick to call with updates and assurances that someone…
We had several odd plumbing jobs around our house that we'd been putting off. Pat and John came and were kind, efficient, walked me through what they did once completed and did a great, affordable job. Highly recommend!
These folks are awesome. Everything from scheduling, notice of arrival, quality of work, pricing were great. John stopped out to hook up a temporary sink while we undergo renovations in the kitchen. He took the time to answer my questions, discuss my concerns, and talk over future projects. Highly recommend A+
Great experience. Friendly, professional service. Very fair pricing. Exceeded our expectations. A1
