Killeen did a great job! They made the repairs stress free, very professional and completed the work on time. We needed two sewer lines dug out and repaired. One through a kitchen cabinet to the outside and the, other one in a utility room under a wall into a half bathroom. Two huge jobs that could not have gone smoother. Thank you for everything!
We’ve called Killeen over the past year for three seperate issues. Each time they consistently shown up prompt, have clear communication and are very efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The cost is very reasonable and we are thankful to know reliable plumbers to call as needed. They have jetted our…
Cylis came out on 10/15/26 and successfully stopped the banging of our water pipes!! He was kind, thorough and we always request him!! The best!!
Easy quick and cost efficient. Will definitely use again
I had a tub faucet emergency that required fast replacement of my entire bathtub faucet area as well as a conversion from 3 faucet to 1 center one. Not only did they fit me in first thing the following morning, but my professional, John Krey and his associate did a fantastic job. He replaced all my old pipe and…
This is a great, honest, and fair plumbing company. We're young first time homebuyers have a sanitary sewer line back up with a cracked pipe shortly after moving in. Called one of the big corporate companies to come out they way overcharged us to clean out the line and quoted us over $10K to fix it. We called…
Cylis arrived at my home with a friendly attitude, and ready to work on my plumbing problem. He showed me the cause of the leak, and described the best way to repair it. After completing the work, he explained the charges. I will recommend Killeen Plumbing and Cylis to my family, friends, and neighbors.
Another quality repair by Killeen Plumbing! Cylis did an amazing job replacing a leaking lead bend in a 1922 bathroom. Prompt, professional, great clean up, and friendly too :)
I had a great experience using Killeen plumbing. Cylis was wonderful. He called ahead, was prompt with a fair estimate and arrived on time to do the work as planned. He answered all my questions politely, put covers on his shoes when he came in the house and kept the work areas clean. The jobs were done very…
We had our furnace go out and a pipe burst in our leased building. Killeen Plumbing was recommended by a friend and now I'm happy to say I finally have a reliable plumber! They were there within 2 hours on the coldest day we have had. Diagnosed the problem spot and had it repaired in less than 30 minutes. Very…
Highly recommend. Pipe burst in ceiling day after Christmas. Had a couple calls out, but were told it would be days until we could get water back. Called Killeen and they had someone out in 20 minutes and the job was finished in just a couple hours. Aaron was professional, prompt, responsive, and did a great job.…
The guys from Killian plumbing came to check out and fix all the storm sewers in our yard in 2024. They were very thorough in looking ahead of time to see what needed to be done and they rechecked when they actually came out to do the work. They checked the sewers around every side of the house and the garage.…
Highly recommend! Responsive, honest, friendly, professional. Josh gave us an up front estimate and talked us through everything. He and Matt were great with repairs and clean up.
They did a great job in minimum time. Great job!
As an update Killeen was back at my house this past week installing a sump pump and back flow system and waterproofing. Corey and Nick worked tirelessly for 3 days excavating, cleaning out pipes all around my house in addition to installing the sump pump and battery backup They answered all my questions and were…
I had a plumbing emergency that required a same day appointment. Other contractors were giving me dates 3 to even 10 days out, which was astonishing to me since I had water actively flowing out of a pipe in my laundry room. So, I called Killeen. They were here within 2.5 hours of my call. ANDY and ANDREW were…
Killeen is my go-to plumber. They are always friendly and efficient. John and Aaron came by to knock out a list of things for me and provided another S-tier experience.
Great company to work with. Honest , friendly & efficient with extremely fair pricing. Andrew & Brian were awesome!!!!!
Pat and John are the best. Friendly, professional, trustworthy, etc.
Killeen plumbing is a amazing company with fair prices and they are the only plumbing company I trust. Andy their plumber is a super nice and detailed guy. He does great work and makes sure his work is right the first time. Andy is always willing to do additional tasks beyond the oringal quoted job. A++++++
I have had Killeen Plumbing do a number of plumbing jobs over the years and they are by far the most professional, efficient and skilled contractor I have ever worked with. They may not be a super discount plumber, but you get what you pay for, and I’d rather have the work done right the first time!! Thank you
Great company to work with. Provided a fair quote, excellent communication, very responsive to our questions & concerns, timely repair, professional staff, and friendly service. Will be the top of my list for future plumbing jobs.
I have used Killeen's plumbing multiple times for a variety of plumbing issues. Every time the plumbers have been professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and performed excellent work. Today, Tom and AJ came out for a repair job that wound up being much more complicated than expected. They informed me of what…
Killeen Plumbing did a great job of repairing the issues we had on a house that had been empty for years. They responded right away and under circumstances that could be described at the very least as “unusual”. My family appreciated their responsiveness and professionalism. They listened to all our concerns and…
We’ve used Killeen Plumbing for 20yrs. Simply the best. High quality meticulous work, professional and personable, punctual and thorough. They’re finishing a complete bathroom makeover - beautiful work that meets my extremely high standards. Special recognition to the dream team: Cory, Tony, Matt, and Andrew.
I don't write many reviews, but I felt compelled to write one for Killeen Plumbing. The gas company shut off our gas due to a leak and Killeen, unlike other plumbers, was able to come out to our house immediately. They fixed the problem quickly and professionally at a reasonable price. I can't recommend them highly enough!
Simply the best! Kindest most professional service around!
I called Killeen for 2 repairs: a basement pipe was leaking at the point where our humidifier was tied in, and our kitchen faucet was no longer swiveling. Pat and John arrived and immediately assessed the problems. John got to work to replace the leaky pipe, and Pat got on the phone with Koehler. In the short time…
Killeen is awesome! Andy made his way to the property super fast and was very nice and professional. I had called asking for help with an issue with one of my tenants sinks and killeen was able to fit me into an already booked schedule which literally was a life saver. After the work had been finished i started…
From the woman who answered the phone to the plumber that came out, they made my emergency situation more bearable. They are so professional, courteous and honest. I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber and they will always be my go to company!
Great experience. Friendly, professional service. Very fair pricing. Exceeded our expectations. A1
Killeen Plumbing is now my go-to for anything plumbing related. If you are looking for a plumber for anything at all, look no further. They are professional, courteous, responsive, timely, and not terribly expensive. They do excellent work and they stand behind it. I used them to pressure test a gas line, and later…
I have used Killeen Plumbing many times and never had a problem having someone respond to our needs. We have had them do the smallest projects (repairing the hardware in our bathtub) to a very large project (excavating a blocked drainage). I refer them out to everyone who asks me for a plumbing company. They get 6 stars in my book.
