Tree roots had damaged the clay pipe in my basement floor drain. Cement floor needed to be dug up & replace drain with PVC. Everyone at Killeen were professional & great to work with. Pete guided me through the process & Darrin, Christian, Jacob & Cylis were all outstanding guys that worked hard & got my basement…
Killeen did a great job! They made the repairs stress free, very professional and completed the work on time. We needed two sewer lines dug out and repaired. One through a kitchen cabinet to the outside and the, other one in a utility room under a wall into a half bathroom. Two huge jobs that could not have gone smoother. Thank you for everything!
Josh did a great and immediate job.
Cylis came out on 10/15/26 and successfully stopped the banging of our water pipes!! He was kind, thorough and we always request him!! The best!!
I had a tub faucet emergency that required fast replacement of my entire bathtub faucet area as well as a conversion from 3 faucet to 1 center one. Not only did they fit me in first thing the following morning, but my professional, John Krey and his associate did a fantastic job. He replaced all my old pipe and…
I just wanted to drop you a brief note of appreciation. Mike and Ciani did an outstanding job on our work. Mike is very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. I particularly liked his attention to detail. This installation work consisted of tapping into an existing cistern and plumbing it to a raised…
Killeen is the best. I called to schedule an appointment and they said they could squeeze me in the same day. I’m sure that doesn’t happen all the time but I was shocked. Jack and Andy arrived and assessed the problem in my toilet, went back out to the truck for parts, and fixed it quickly and perfectly. They were…
Fantastic company to provide these types of services. They went above and beyond to complete our storm drain extravaganza, were knowledgeable and upfront about costs and were kind the entire length of the process. Highly recommend calling them if you have any plumbing issues. Corey and George were great.
Regarding our recent plumbing installation of a Backflow device, we are glad to report that we are extremely happy working with everyone at Killen Plumbing Company, especially with Patrick, Allice, Stephanie, Lilie and Kim. As you know, this is our first time doing business with your company. So, on behalf of all…
Very good communication between company and customer
Had a really positive experience working with Nate. I'm more of a DIY guy myself, so it's rare that I call a plumber because I hate when someone tries to sell nonsense or over-quotes a job. Nate was a straight-shooter, knew what he was doing, was realistic and very helpful. Would use again and recommend to friends.
Such a great experience with this company every time. Joe was amazing, respectful, went out of his way to ensure all the plumbing issues were taken care of and did it all with a smile on his face. Thank you Killeen for providing such great service!
We asked Killeen to come give us a second opinion on repairs needed for our sewer line. They were referred to us by multiple neighbors! Dan was their tech and he did a great job explaining our options and answering our questions. He even helped snake two huge root balls that were stuck in our line. The company…
I reached out to Killeen Plumbing after getting a quote that was literally 10 times the cost that I ended up paying for Killeen to clear out the sewer line backing up our sump pump. They had the work done within 4 hours of making the call! Couldn’t be happier, and they’ve got a new loyal customer!
I had a plumbing emergency that required a same day appointment. Other contractors were giving me dates 3 to even 10 days out, which was astonishing to me since I had water actively flowing out of a pipe in my laundry room. So, I called Killeen. They were here within 2.5 hours of my call. ANDY and ANDREW were…

I called Killeen to come out due to a sewer back up in my basement. He was super friendly - even looking at a…

Great company to work with. Provided a fair quote, excellent communication, very responsive to our questions & concerns, timely repair, professional staff, and friendly service. Will be the top of my list for future plumbing jobs.
We called Killeen on a referral from a friend. They got out here the same day we called, and Josh did a great job clearing out the years-old, difficult clog that had eventually caused issues with both the shower and toilet. He was so helpful explaining what he was doing, what caused the issue, and how to maintain…
Josh and Randy were on the scene in less than an hour after we called about a main sewer line blockage. They worked diligently and were both very professional. They had the sewer line clear and were on their way in less than an hour. Will call Killeen first next time.

I have used the services of Killeen Plumbing for the past 20 years. They have been exceptional in every way. On September 2, 2022 two plumbers came to my house. Joe Conway and Josh...they were excellent! They cleaned the drain in my laundry room. They explained what they did...and were very efficient. I greatly…

In days where service lacks, that is the farthest from this company.
