I had a great experience with Killeen Plumbing. Specifically, Cylis and Ciani did a great job replacing my hot water tank and putting in a new main to the street. That was something they weren't expecting coming into the job, either, but were able to get that installed so I had hot water today. They got here on…
We’ve called Killeen over the past year for three seperate issues. Each time they consistently shown up prompt, have clear communication and are very efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The cost is very reasonable and we are thankful to know reliable plumbers to call as needed. They have jetted our…
We had Cylis and Quinn for the install of a New electric hot water tank. He showed up on time, they were efficient And very friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate us and were working in a tight difficult spot to install a water heater. Cylis did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to have them come back for any of our plumbing needs.
Cylis is an exceptional plumber who provides outstanding service. He replaced a leaky hot water tank, removed the old unit and left the work area cleaner than he found it. After completing the replacement, he was also able to address an unexpected clogged sink. He was able to clear the drain efficiently. Cylis also…

All I have to say is WOW! Rarely am I ever impressed with a Contractor, but Killeen plumbing really impressed me. From the first time I reached out to them in the evening, Pete was a really nice guy and took his time to answer my questions and tried to get me on the schedule the next day. Later that same evening, I…
I have had Killeen Plumbing do a number of plumbing jobs over the years and they are by far the most professional, efficient and skilled contractor I have ever worked with. They may not be a super discount plumber, but you get what you pay for, and I’d rather have the work done right the first time!! Thank you
Killeen has serviced our home for two years and provided a range of services, from installations to checks to repairs and more. They are prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and just generally speaking great to work with. Today Alex helped us out with a few concerns related to our kitchen faucet. Not only was he able to…
Andy and Isaac from Killeen Plumbing replaced my water tank today - it was just old and I did not want to have a basement leak. They were prompt, clean, friendly, professional, and did a great job. Everything was easy and well done. Thanks.

Our water heater broke yesterday. I called Killeen at noon and they sent a plumber out by 2:30. Pete installed a new water heater, made modifications to meet city requirements and cleaned up, all within 3 hours. He was experienced and did a fantastic job in a very tight space. Pete was also very good about…
Service was prompt but left a sour taste as they quoted a price and then changed it. I was told that I was given an estimate and if I wanted more a firm price I should have asked for a written paper. I responded that I trusted your word and in retrospect I should not have.
Company was quick to send someone to take a look and install the tank. Clean and very friendly would absolutely use them again.
Wow. I'm blown away by the prompt and professional service I received from Killeen Plumbing. Within an hour of calling about my broken water heater, the plumbers were at my home. Quick response, informative, professional, and neat. I couldn't ask for more. I will definitely call with my future plumbing needs.
Corey from Killeen Plumbing is absolutely fantastic. He was punctual, polite, and extremely well-informed. He performed my work skillfully and efficiently in both my personal residence and my rental property. The job was done quickly and without any complications. I highly recommend Killeen Plumbing without hesitation!
