Movers were great, but moving coordinator underquoted me despite Facetiming and showing her all of the inventory in our home. Move costed double and it was literally moved less than 2 miles down the road into a storage unit.
If you are elderly or human, run away from this company. If you are thinking this is a Christian company because of the name, the name is deceiving. This company moved my Mom from Midland to Loraine with a stop at my house and a stop at her office. There ended up being 4 men there. Instead of the 4 men working independently, they would pile up boxes on one dolly and all 4 of them would go to the U-Haul and return to load the dolly again. They kept trying to talk her into taking a load to her office then returning to the original location to load more stuff because instead of loading the truck like most moving companies that are able to stack things so everything fits, these 4 men just stacked from the front of the truck to the door without stacking much of anything. They were trying to make the move last as long as possible and they did just that.
They tear up stuff and don’t say anything about it unless you find it yourself or see it happen. They messed up a doorframe while moving an upright freezer so bad that the door would no longer close.
They were told things in a certain area were extremely fragile and knocked piles of things off in the floor and left them there without even looking to see if anything was broken or bringing it to our attention.
A refrigerator was brought to my house where the men broke the tile on my porch. The company has been called repeatedly, several messages left but the company never calls anyone back.
The men were more concerned with their after hour activities, following each other around like a mini pack, making personal phone calls and vaping both inside the house and outside of it and their language was detestable. One mover in particular kept mentioning the good rating on Google but there is no way any of these men had anything to do with a good rating at this company or anywhere else. This company should be ashamed to have the name kingdom movers. All the moving companies I have previously worked with were wonderful and made this moving company’s crew look like unprofessional amateurs.
Also, there is a video on Facebook showing a kingdom moving truck that looks like a seriously intoxicated or high individual is driving it that rear ended someone at a light.
Additional Edit after owners comment: As you can see, the company takes no effort to actually fix property that their movers destroy. It has been well over a month.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their were 4 of them that showed up to pack. Now I know why they were done so quickly. They pack everything in sight including trash. They were pushing about getting our business until they did. They packed however they wanted to we were told to stay in a room while they did all the packing. So we didn't get to see how they packed. They labeled boxes incorrectly. They labeled boxes from a garage we didn't have a garage of course we didn't know until we arrived to our destination and started unpacking. They didn't wrap alot of the breakable with paper just put them in a box just like that. I found my photos in a box labeled kitchen and my photos were underneath my kitchen utensils not wrapped surprisingly they weren't broken or cracked. My sister gave me a big sitting Angel and it was broken in half. I'm a giraffe person some of my giraffes were broken. My brand new credenza got a dent. My clothes was in a box labeled garage and laundry. They need training on how to pack and label correctly. I was disappointed in them. Every time I come across something broken or labeled wrong it upsets me. Then at our new home I thought they would put boxes in their correct rooms since that's how they were writing on the boxes but no they put them wherever they wanted. It was an expensive lesson for the job they did. I was not going to rate them but I've learned zi will not use them or recommend them to anyone. Also,i saw ABC news they are showing one of their trucks driving crazy and looks like it hit the car in front of them.
