We are so pleased with our new kitchen! Working with Leslie was a dream - she helped us define our requirements and delivered above and beyond our vision! When we threw in a power room remodel Leslie jumped right in and made it happen. Highly recommend. I look forward to working with her on a bathroom remodel soon!

Charlotte and her team are top notch and the kindest people you will ever deal with on renovations. We had a kitchen and two bathrooms done and they made it so easy once we had everything picked out. We didn't even have to move while the work was being done. Their crew shows up on time and stays until the job gets done. It is also the little touches from Charlotte that made our project go incredibly smoothly. They are a joy to work with.

Carolyn Humphrey10 reviewsiTotal number of Google reviews Carolyn has written across all businesses on Google Maps, not just this one.
The previous owner of my house DIY'd the master bath (and a lot of other things) badly. After a few years, the horrible DIY became intolerable and I couldn't use the bathroom anymore. The jetted tub never worked so mold was growing in the jets, turning on the jets led to gallons of water rushing out from under the tub, the shower stall turned black with mold after each use, even with daily bleach scrubs. And the whole bathroom would be overrun with ants if I even turned on the sink. I finally bit the bullet and called Kitchen and Bath Ideas. Charlotte came out and did measurements, talked to me about what I wanted. I showed her pictures of another bathroom in my old place I had renovated. She came up with beautiful tile samples for me, helped me keep my budget, and was on top of the whole project. The contractor, Ricardo, was wonderful and so were all the people working on it. The whole project, from gutting to finishing only took a couple of weeks. And we found a lot of disgusting little things done by the previous owner, like not having the drain of the tub connected to the drain in the sub-flooring. Water just pouring straight down into a hole 12 inches below. No wonder I had such mold problems. Now it's beautiful, exactly what I wanted! Exactly! I couldn't be more pleased! I fully recommend Kitchen and Bath Ideas to anyone who wants the job done right.
